I took my cell phone to be repaired through insurance and they give you an appointment and they tell you in 2 hours and they give you your cell phone 4 hours later. The insurance company is garbage when sending you to that place.

I needed a battery for my car quickly. When I called and spoke with a customer service person he was fabulous he gave me all the information I needed. And when I got there I met with Neff and he changed my battery out and it was a beautiful experience

We used We Fix It to replace the cracked screen on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. They did an excellent job in under an hour. Feels like we've got a brand new phone now.

I listen to Dom Giordano on WPHT 1210 in Philadelphia, PA from 12-3 pm while working as a VA employee. (I am a disabled veteran myself.) Dom recommended Roy and his staff at Batteries Plus and they provide great customer service.Roy repaired my 88 year old parents marble based light (my father's parent's lamp) for a reasonable price; he fixed my blinking Christmas Lights necklace before I took 4 elderly to a Christmas concert making them super happy!Batteries Plus have repaired my cell phones for a reasonable price, helped me with my cell phone accessory needs, provided smarts bulbs, and all kind of batteries.Dom's recommendation has been so valuable. Defect in screen. Developed burned or bad pixels 4 days after they installed it. The tech then said the screen was hit from behind.... Interesting as the back of the screen was inclosed in the phone. Bad screen, even worse excuse for it.

Amazing!! Nef was able to fix my iPhone and restore precious data after I was turned away from Apple and another private repair store. Not only did he secure my data, he was also willing to stay after store closing to finish the job. While I was there waiting I witnessed Nef help another customer who needed to purchase an inexpensive piece elsewhere to solve his problem. Rather than let the customer leave without resolution, Nef gave him the part from his personal stock. Truly incredible customer service and skill. Highly recommend!!!
