Never go here to this location sales rep manage to put a lot of unnecessary charges on my bill to get his self a big commission check. He sold me a lot of cases and accessories that I didn't ask for any of it. He emailed my receipt so I didn't see all the charges at the point of purchase avoid this guy his name is Hameed...... he will overcharge you stay away from this store altogether.

Dont even waste your time coming in here it’s not even a real Verizon store. I came in here for help last night setting up my new iPhone with an eSIM was told she couldn’t do it but really she was being lazy because it was 30 minutes till close. Had to hurry up and rush to the other Verizon store near the Cadillac dealership and they helped me in five minutes I was in and out it was even more of a slap in the face when she just kept coming up with lies of why she couldn’t do it laziness and bad customer service Will, keep me from coming here.

I was jerked around at the Verizon store. I was told it would be a 1/2 hour wait. So I left did another errand and came back, waited another 5-10 minutes only to find out they don't even carry the basic phone i wanted which by the way was displayed in the store. They finally told me that they definitely have it in the Mt.Laurel store. They wouldn't call and check Mt. Laurel for me to see if they definitely had it and if so could they put one aside for me. I called Mt. Laurel the next day, only to find out that they didn't carry the phone I wanted so I ended up with a flip phone with more gadgets in it that I didn't want for more money. When I got there, I found out they couldn't save my data and pictures. As I was waiting I kept looking at their ad they show over and over in the store about how easy and simple their plans are. Nothing is easy or simple there. What a horrible experience!!! They only care about selling you the most expensive phones and their bottom line. They should be ashamed of the way they treat customers.

I visited the Nixon dr store and delt with Troy Kubik. He was awesome! Answered all of my questions and modified my plan to include more coverage at less money . I also qualified for a new phone at $3.00 per mo for 36 mo. A New Iphone! Great experience Great guy!

We walked in feeling a bit hopeless due to phone problems Verizon customer service could not fix. This was after a combined seven hours on the phone with them.We found Peter by chance. He was patient with us, professional, and really took the time to understand the issue while explaining and sharing helpful information. I'm not someone who gives 5 stars unless there is good reason, and he fixed my phone problem in a short amount of time.In a country where customer service has totally fallen down the tubes, it was so refreshing to have Peter in the store when we felt hopeless.Great store. Go in and give Peter your business! He is great.

Went to get a sim card, they didn't even help with the setup, I cant make any calls so who am I supposed to talk to? To set up my account, the thought process of the employees just baffle me. They literally had no one in the place, 3 people working they just couldn't help me, literally wasted my time.

Huge shout out to our sales person Tyler Van Meter. We are an older couple and Tyler was most patient and kind. He is very knowledgeable and he explained everything to us several times until he was sure we understood. And he’s a terrific sales person as we went to Verizon to purchase 1 phone, and he talked us into buying 2 phones with screen protectors and a Apple Watch
