Horrible. Used for co-op insurance. Agent and supervisor were unable to substantiate absurdly high coverage limits (which drive premium cost upward). When I asked if they would reduce coverage limits they refused. This was my attempt to stop getting ripped off and bear some of the alleged “insurance risk”. Even worse, after the real insurace company field rep (USI is a middleman) visited my residence, they further increased the coverage (raised the price) claiming the value had increased, despite recent declines in home values. Again, they refused to honor my request for reduced coverage. Called the insurer and they said I had to take it up with USI. Waste of my time and money. Would NOT recommend to anyone for any type of real estate insurance.
