“The last couple of months have been rough for me and my family. I had fallen into a place where my car had been neglected for some pretty critical repairs. I was able to send an email inquiring about their service from the website which was answered fairly quickly. They were able to let me make an appointment at the time of response for a week later. I was nervous leading up to today because car repairs can be very expensive and repair shops can be intimidating to deal with. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and it was fixed and running great by the late afternoon. The technicians were fast and knowledgeable. Heather, who was coordinating everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking any business I have back to them from now on.”

“I have been coming to Atpro Transmissions for about 2 years now to have basic maintenance " Transmission Filter Changes". When I first came here, I was very nervous but Moz was very honest and suggested a "Transmission Filter Change" first to see if that would correct the problem. The problem was corrected and I was very happy. Recently my "Front Transfer Case" went in my Pathfinder. Moz fixed my car very quickly and my car runs very smoothly. “My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”

“Today was my first time going to see Dennis. I told him how much I needed to have my car serviced today in order to go into work Monday. He ordered the parts needed for my car and spent all day fixing it so that I could have it up and running for Monday. His prices were fair and I can tell he was compassionate which is what we need in this world. His wife was also so friendly they gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies for my service! Amazing customer service, ongoing & honest communication; and, if it's something out of their scope, they're able to sub it out (with your permission first) with the same level of customer service. “Absolutely recommend if you're experiencing transmission problems.. I've always heard good things about this shop , and Steve has done numerous race transmissions for several friends of mine. So when my personal truck starting acting up knew where I wanted to take it. Its a Dodge Ram with Cummins and 48RE transmission. They got me in , fixed it much quicker then I could have imagined, and did it for a very fair price. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a couple different options and recommendations. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, Anna up front is wonderful. Very happy to have my truck back and working great.
