I used Towne Cleaners for more than 15 years. I would allow them to dry clean my suits and expensive clothing. They took months to return my shearling that they outsourced to get cleaned. Also, I don't like how rude Jimmy was the last time that I picked up my clothing. He tried to claim that I had left my clothing for a long time, so they decided not to clean them. At first he couldn't find my clothes and when he did they weren't clean. He tried to deflect that I left my clothes there to change the subject from the fact that they never cleaned my clothes. He was trying to make a scene in front of other customers. I've spent thousands in this business over the years. They also ruined the buttons on one of my expensive suits and didn't want to compensate me. I started going to the cleaners on the other side of Mount Laurel. Jimmy needs customer service classes. Terrible service and weird odor on clothing when returned.

Amazing tailoring and dry cleaning on a consistent basis. Incredible service, friendliness, and timeliness. I had been searching everywhere, and have finally found my go-to spot!

Been going here almost every week for over 10 years. I always get excellent, friendly service and they do a great job cleaning and repairing all of my clothes and uniforms. My orders are always ready when promised and the prices are definitely fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!

Overpriced!!! The guy is very rude and the work is mediocre. I tried to Call to ask if my clothes were ready and you can’t get through. I think the number that they have on line is a fax machine. Never again!!! Terrible service!!!

I have had good experiences with Town Square Cleaners. I had have had multiple pairs of pants hemmed, done correctly and on time. Clothes cleaned and pressed nicely. The owner is nice and professional.

Took over 3 weeks to dry clean 1 shirt. The guy was rude, didn't understand simple instructions. Got the shirt back with multiple stains and wrinkles still on it . The price was ridiculously high and the service was horrible. Never again will I go into that trash place.

They said it would take two days to sew on one patch. Came back then, and it wasn't ready yet. Came back 4 days later, still not ready. Came back a whole week after they said it would be ready, and it's finally ready. It took three trips to this place to finally get the piece of clothing back, only to be overcharged for horrible service.
