I didn't stay at the hotel, but I performed on an event, Beauty for Ashes In the Regency Room, the room was clean, comfy, great luxury l, food was served from Hotel staff and cooked there, everything was delicious and staff was very nice

The rooms are outdated but clean. This property does not offer suites. The sales team manipulates prices. The common areas are nice. The front desk staff is very friendly. Room service was good, BUT a fruit tray cost $75!!! I should have taken a picture of it. The "bridal suite" is a joke. I guess someone would fall for it, but we would not.
Rooms: Outdated
Nearby activities: Malls, movies, shopping, bowling within 1-15 minutes.
Walkability: There are several restaurants within walking distance. Wal-mart is across the street.

I stayed in the hotel for a 3 days business meeting. Check-In, rooms, business center, catering and bar have been really good.
The staff provided a great service.

The staff is amazing, pleasant and very helpful. The bar is the best for before you go to an event, and when you come back from your event, the bar is still open to serve you. Just awesome service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Westin Mount Laurel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, ensuring that any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed.
The hotel itself is immaculate, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in everything from the room service to the overall ambiance.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend the Westin Mount Laurel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The staff truly makes this hotel a standout!

Arrived for.my cousin wedding. The waiters and waitresses where very professional and nice. The food was amazing had a large cut of salmon along with a very fancy salad. Definitely recommend this to anyone planning a wedding.

Nice, clean room. Nice lobby area and bar (we didn't try the restaurant, though). Building has a little age on it. Our room lighting was pretty dim after sunset. Bed was very comfortable.

Had me looking for a room that was non existent, even the clerk came up to look for the room, then proceeded to give me another room number, I open the door to a naked gentleman sitting on HIS BED. THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR ME. THEY'RE SOLUTION FOR THE MISSHAP $53 OFF ANOTHER NIGHT, WOW HOW GENEROUS!!

Thee most attentive hotel we ever stayed at. Pool was very clean . All staff was VERY IMPRESSIVE

Poor pool/hot tub area. Jets not working during stay. Small fridge and no microwave available. Room service not worth the price; never had worse yogurt and apparently they were out of granola.
