I recently had the pleasure of spending a day at The Learning Experience, participating in story time with the children, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the teachers and staff. They truly are amazing with the kids, fostering an environment that is both educational and incredibly fun.What stood out to me the most was the teamwork displayed by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was seamless and enjoyable, not just for me but for the children as well. It was heartwarming to see how engaged the kids were during the reading session. Their enthusiasm and participation in the book of the day made the experience even more special.A special shoutout to Ms. Bethany and Ms. Angelina – they were fabulous hosts! Their dedication and passion for what they do were evident, and they played a huge role in making my visit memorable.I highly recommend The Learning Experience to any parent looking for a daycare center that provides a nurturing, educational, and fun environment for children. If i could rate this daycare a 6 stars out of 5 stars, i would. This daycare really took good care of my kid and good communication with the parents. Keeps me updates about my son and tells me everything. Really safe daycare. I highly recommend this daycare.*To the staff*Thank you guys for everything. Matteo really misses you guys. He was struggling on his first couple of days, but he’s slowly getting comfortable. Stay blessed everyone! Stay safe and thank you again for watching and raising my little crazy monster. I really appreciate everything you have done for him! ?

This is the first child of mine that is in daycare, I was so nervous about someone else being responsible for my baby when I was at work. Every single person at TLE Mt Laurel is amazing. My daughter is always so excited when we pull up! Extra big shout out to Miss Gianna- she always makes my daughter feel loved and safe. She is also GREAT at communicating with me and my husband about our daughter. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who will listen. They made it such an easy process getting used to having a child in daycare.

If I had to choose, it would more be a 2.5 star daycare. Let me start with the positives before I go into any of my gripes.The location is great, the building it self offers a lot of space and all rooms are clean each day. They have a lovely outside facility. The assistant manager who usually sits at the front is very welcoming each day. The few teachers I did have interaction with Ms. Amanda; are extremely present and kind.This daycare is totally understaffed. My daughter was there for 5 months or so; I never met her teacher. When asked; they told me her teacher was there from 9-3. If I ever dropped my kid off at 9 I never met her, if I picked her up at 3 she would be in her correct room but the teacher wouldn't be there. I do not think that this is on the teachers but during the enrollment we should be given proper introductions but the staff turnover is so quick you wouldn't know who is who.Everyday I would drop my daughter off in the incorrect room which was often filled with 15-20 kids to if you are lucky two staff members. Just a few weeks ago, I went in to a room with 10 kids and the teacher left to get something so I just stayed with the kids until she returned. I know they are trying their best but there needs to be a higher amount of staff.Billing- you need to be consistent. We switched originally from 5 days to 3 days; we sent everything through the proper channels-we were over charged and refunded. When we were leaving, at the end of May we gave them proper time over a month and sure enough June 1 hits and we were charged.I'd say just be careful in bringing your kid in and ask for a tour but don't be sold on the bill of goods they are offering.

I can't tell you enough that the staff is by far the best I've experienced. My son loves going and he's improved tremendously. I recommend this place over kindercare. Personal my preference

Experience in preschool 2 class for 2021-2022 school year.The positive: Lunch is included, which helps exposure to new foods. Reasonable pricing. Good hours. Allowed to choose your days for part-time (T/W/Th vs only M/W/F). Only closed on federal holidays, which is great for working parents. Miss Bethany in the front office is wonderful. It’s clean and has safe key fob entry.The negative: High teacher turnover. They moved an incredible teacher (Miss Angelina) to a younger room a couple weeks after we started, and it went downhill from there. I had no idea who the co-teacher was most of the time, bc they didn’t introduce themselves and seemed to change every couple months. For a couple months in the winter, I got no feedback whatsoever at pickup / drop off about how my son was adjusting/doing in the class beyond the generic app notes of what the class learned that day. App updates became sporadic at best and untrustworthy at worst — on multiple days, they indicated he “ate all” of every food, including “food from home.” (I didn’t provide food.) Also, they indicated a few times that he “fell asleep” at naptime, when he literally WASN’T in the building at nap (bussed to/from Mt Laurel afternoon preschool). Also, when he started in October, they said they maintained a 10:1 ratio in his class, so max 20 kids for 2 teachers. By February, there were like 25 kids, they started asking not to bring book bags in bc they couldn’t fit them all, and it was incredibly overwhelming for my son (which I only learned bc he didn’t want to go and I called the teacher to ask about him).Not the worst place, and maybe other classrooms are more consistent and better run, but TLE wasn’t a good fit for us and didn’t meet some basic expectations for a preschool/daycare that advertises itself as maintaining a high standard of care. It was an easy decision not to continue there.

We have our son in this center and he’s learned so much and is very happy and most importantly, we feel he’s safe and well taken care of. TLE - Mt. Laurel is the best childcare around! Thanks to all!!

I had an amazing experience with the daycare staff and how diligently the teachers take care of my daughter while she is attending The Learning Experience. Everyone is very professional and outgoing which is why I chose this daycare!

My daughter has been going to learning experience since she was 6 months old the staff’s open communication has been phenomenal and a saving Grace for me as it was hard me with her being in day care for the first time. She has learned so much there and consistently says ten words now; I’m so grateful for the learning experience!!!!

Our son has been at the Learning Experience since he was 12 weeks old and we love it here! We toured a few different daycares in the area while pregnant but liked the warmth of the teachers and the facility here the best. We know he is great hands and his teachers have been wonderful with him. Even though he has changed classrooms as he has gotten older he still waves to his previous teachers Ms. Nikki, Ms. Diana and Ms. Francesca as he walks to his new class. We are expecting again and are excited about our newest addition joining the Learning Experience in the near future. For other parents looking into daycare for your children, I would recommend the learning experience for a few reasons: the teachers love the kids, the kids learn so much so quickly, the cost is reasonable, and lunch is included with tuition (for working parents this is huge!!).

This childcare center has been wonderful for my son who has been attending for over two years. The teachers are so dedicated and loving, and there is very low turnover. My two year old is able to count, recognize letters and understand their sounds and is making great strides with potty training. The hours are great and the convenience of the included food makes getting out of the house in the morning easier. Its a wonderful school all around.
