Excellent service. My dog won’t accept eye drops so Stokes Pharmacy prepares the medication as an ointment. This is working well for my large dog. Reordering every 4 weeks or so is quick and easy, I often receive my order next day with a very reasonable shipping fee. Very impressed.

Totally unpleasant experience. All of the pills, save 1, were broken or crushed. Everyone in customer service was rude. Used them because oncologist insisted. She's not insisting anymore...

Best of the best! We have been using Stokes for our feline meds for many years. Professional, quick delivery, error free. Drugs arrive in one to three days. Other pharmacies can take 10 days or longer in our experience. Stokes spends as much time as needed answering all questions when the owner is unfamiliar with the medication. Thank you Stokes for being perfect and caring about our pets so that we get the meds quickly and can start treatment without delay.

Immediate service (within minutes of receiving the Rx order from doctor) and speedy delivery. Top notch mail-order pharmacy for pets (and people ;) ). I especially like how they can flavor their liquid meds, which makes the experience with our pet so simple, as opposed to a struggle and spitting which pets often will do. Customer service (Erin ) was professional and efficient. Thank you :)

Definitely a change from what you think of as a pharmacy. It's in a corporate center and when you walk in, it's just a customer service area. This is not a Rite Aid/CVS. Have had several orders filled here for my cat. They compounded medicines into liquids, transdermal (just rub the medicine into his ear) or even treats. Definitely better than trying to shove a pill down his throat everyday. They do a very good job. I hear people come here from other states to use them. Glad they are only 20 mins away right here in South Jersey.

Everyone at Stokes has been so helpful. I am very appreciative of Mary who followed up on my cat's prescription needs. During a difficult time, Stokes has come through for Puffy and me. Definitely 5 stars!

Stokes Pharmacy compounding seems to provide the best quality products for my dog's eye conditions. They offer the drops with MCT oil instead of corn oil which was irritating to my dog. Erin was great today at answering my question and placing my order.

My dog's medicine is costly. Service has been excellent for 4 yrs. now. You can reorder the script online or by phone. I have never had a problem. Medication is delivered quickly with standard delivery. I needed to have it delivered to a different address twice it went very smoothly. I love this place.

My dog was prescribed chemotherapy for lymphoma. I was told the pharmacy would call me to get my information to mail me her medicine. When I called them back, they told me her medication was ready for diarrhea. They only have that prescription on file for her. Apparently there was two dogs by the same name and the other dog got my chemotherapy medicine and I got that dogs diarrhea medicine. Obviously I noticed right away but I don't know what happened to the other dog. If you aren't vigilant, you could be getting the wrong medication.

Stokes pharmacy was able to fill my bird'§ medicine early since it was urgent for his care. You were kind enough to help me with directions, since I got lost despite navigation. My pet seems to like the taste of his medicine which is a relief since it is sugar based. Directions and dosage was clear and concise on the label, as well as precautions.

Stokes pharmacy is so wonderful! Their customer service is amazing! The rep I spoke to, Trish, was so helpful, kind, and compassionate. They make sure your animals are taken care of and get their medications quickly to your doorstep. I highly recommend!

Stokes Pharmacy has been wonderful to work with. We have to have our sweet dogs chemo meds mailed to us. They text AND call me to remind me of refills. I don’t know of any chain pharmacy that would do that! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Trish for our refill, she was super sweet, knowledgeable and so helpful! I’m so glad my veterinarian uses Stokes pharmacy! They really are wonderful.

Stokes Pharmacy is fabulous! They can compound almost any drug needed. The Customer Service Representatives are so kind and friendly. The Pharmacy Department is awesome! They really try to do every prescription accurately and they are very accommodating. It is not hard to see that they love our fur babies as much as we do and want them to get their medications to stay well. Stokes has made compounded medications for all of our boys. We highly recommend Stokes! Stokes makes life better and richer for all!

Our Vet called in Chemotherapy drugs for our dog on Monday. I was told by our vet to wait until they call to schedule delivery. On Friday, I decided to call since it seemed to be taking far too long for such important medication. I was told that they had been trying to reach us though a cell phone that is currently out of country. They then told me that they also had our house phone but (for some reason) decided not to use it. I can understand the issue with our cell phone being unreachable but the fact that they had our home phone makes me rather annoyed.**update, the manager reached out to me very quickly after posting this review. I was happy to see they took my situation very seriously and quickly tried to trace down the issue. After talking to my vet, she made it clear that starting his medication a bit later would not result in a worse chance of recovery. This seems to be a one-off type of an issue that will not effect most people using this pharmacy. Overall, I'm happy with the result.
