Stokes Pharmacy offers a range of medications and services for pets, but customer service experiences have raised concerns. Several reviewers reported issues with communication, particularly with overseas call centers where language barriers made it challenging to place orders and confirm details. One customer noted a bizarre conversation when ordering life-saving medication for their kitten, leading to doubts about the order's accuracy, although the medication did arrive on time. Some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the shipping process, stating they paid for next-day air but received a slower shipping option instead, with unhelpful responses when seeking refunds. There were also complaints about voicemail clarity, with fast and difficult-to-understand messages. Despite these concerns, many customers acknowledged that their pets' medications arrived quickly and in good condition. One reviewer highlighted a positive experience with timely orders for their dog, although they faced issues with missing components and excessive charges for additional syringes. While some customers have expressed a willingness to explore other options for their pet's medications due to service frustrations, others have appreciated the prompt delivery of products. Overall, while Stokes Pharmacy provides essential services, improvements in customer service and communication are needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Preparation appears normal but it arrived 3 days late.

They did not call me within 24 hours after my vet appointment. I had to call them to confirm my prescription. They are very expensive. I am going to try to go through Chewy when I need a refill.

Excellent service. My dog won’t accept eye drops so Stokes Pharmacy prepares the medication as an ointment. This is working well for my large dog. Reordering every 4 weeks or so is quick and easy, I often receive my order next day with a very reasonable shipping fee. Very impressed.
