My review is based on my family's experience from 8/29-->9/2. The Sargent's have been coming to this Staybridge since my son was a baby, he is now 24. We enjoyed a vacation that was not far from home. Upon talking with my mother while she was there and when the stay ended, she expressed the inadequate treatment they received with this stay. We have given loyalty to IHG-Staybridge-Mt. Laurel for over 20 years and for my family to be put out with 2 children on their last night is despicable. It's a shame that the hotel does not have proper concierge service in that loyal frequent guests safety would not be compromised based on the interactions of 1 worker. As a family, we will not be revisiting this location anytime soon.
Rooms: Awful smells that using 4 cans of air freshener could not cover.

Reception manager Lilia very unwelcoming. Staff tells you something regarding your stay & manager disregards it & changes it.Booked 3 rooms as family. Manager says she's holding rooms for someone & gives you rooms on different sides of hotel. Had to ask for towels all day. Outside area stinking from garbage that was never emptied. Sean tried to help, but was stopped by Lilia manager. This is additional review. My family chose to give staybridge suites a second chance. There is is no change to this establishment. The rooms are very dirty, smelling of fish. The employees are very racist. My family came for my 30 year anniversary city employee for 30 years. The outdoor area with grills is where we were celebrating. The establishment called the police on my family & had the police put us out of the hotel at 12:30 with children. This is a racially motivated attack on my family. Never will I patronize this establishment again . I will be seeking legal representation to stop this discrimination. Enough is enough. People should never be treated this way. Be careful, this hotel tells lies on you to overcharge you . This hotel should not get 1 star. I was wondering why they had open rooms. Now I know why. Rooms smell, beds uncomfortable. Staff horrible. They need lessons on dealing with guests. Not worth your money, stay home!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If clean, fun, comfortable stay is what your looking for this isn't it. Rooms have an odor, many of the staff are rude and very nasty, they have a outside area, but really don't want you to use it, so what's the point, you can stay home if your plans were only to stay in and sleep. I will never return to this hotel and I suggest others save they're money by not staying there as well.
Rooms: Smelly
Noteworthy details: Many of the staff are rude and nasty

This was my first time staying it definitely won’t be my last great customer service. I love the hotel. You have a very quiet area where you can sit down relax read a book. The pool area is very nice. Loved basketball court is a good home away from home when visiting family..
Rooms: The rooms is a good on way from home. It has a refrigerator where you can bring soda microwave food, and save money on dining out.

I want to start upfront with saying that James is the ONLY reason we stayed here. We had been searching for places that would let us stay because of our pet situation, James was super helpful and informative. Here’s the bad, any hotel that requires me to go online OR call to reserve needs to think their life choices better. James walked me through the setup and gave me all the info to get us in for the night. The lady on the phone hung up on me and James kept stepping in at every turn of frustration and kept the process going and made it easy.
Rooms: Room was nice and fancy.. in a way. Had a modern feel but on a budget. Was a good stay regardless. Slept well even tho the beds were obviously spring mattresses.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is a joke. They served waffles with chips and hot salsa and a bowl of fruit.
Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. Had cribs for babies. Big plus.

Grossest place I’ve ever stayed. Bed is super uncomfortable. I can feel every spring in the mattress. I’m so sad I wasted my money on this suite. I’m scared to take a shower. Hilton should absolutely be embarrassed to have their name on this property. We just came directly from another Staybridge in Harrisburg PA and this is not comparable. They have let animals rip and destroy all the furniture. I’m surprised I haven’t seen any bugs yet. The front desk people are so nice. So bonus points to them. But I doubt I’ll be getting any sleep for the next three days. And the random hole in the bathroom wall freaks me out!!
It’s the next morning and I was able to be moved to a better room. Again, the staff is really great. This room is much much better. The whole place does need an upgrade but they do good with what they have.

The hotel breakfast was amazing for being free and the pool was nice, as well as the staff. However the rooms were a different story. The room didn't have much light available so it was dark inside but the beds were nice. The room's cleanliness was also ok but not including the roaches inside our room we had to kill 3 roaches and it wasn't satisfactory to know bugs were crawling around the room. The rest was fine so everything else was ok.

Staybridge Suites has not disappointed yet. I mean, you get a hot breakfast, with decent coffee. Typically hotels offer a continental breakfast.
Happy hour is only a few days out of the week, if they do it. It is awesome and helpful. You come back to your hotel after a long day of work, and you were offered free food and (Adult) beverages. That's pretty dope!! Staybridge stays clean. Respect and professionalism are a couple words to describe the staff. I had to pick 2, there was a few other options lol.

We had very bad experience with this hotel. It’s not like other Staybridge! This hotel has very old furnitures, beds are not comfortable, you can feel the springs under the mattress! We requested for extra sheets and pillows but we got nothing!
We kept hiring the sound of the bed of the room above us all the night.
Not recommended at all
Rooms: Very old furniture. Uncomfortable beds. Noisy. Not recommended
Safety: You can notice many people smoking weeds in the hotel parking lots.

It’s been close to a month and they still haven’t released my deposit. I keep calling and nobody answers the phone. The rooms were outdated and had an unpleasant smell.
