Had a little difficulty setting up my old number with new phone. Was an account issue that took a while to fix. The team members were very professional and attentive. Efrain and the other female manager did their best to help on the difficult situation, even staying late after closing to help me out. Would recommend to a friend.

I was with Verizon for over 35 years and T-Mobile came along and offered me a way better deal than I had with them. Unfortunately Verizon did not care so I did not care. I'm a happy T-Mobile for the last two years!

If I could give 0 stars I would!Efrain’s lack of customer service was awful. I was not greeted when walking into the store and when an older woman walked in, she was greeted and approached by Efrain immediately. The older woman pointed to me and said I was first and Efrain said “I know, but how can I help YOU?” The woman and I were clearly shocked and confused by the disrespect. He told her he’d be with her in a few, and directed me to go sit at a table - the first words he had spoken to me since I’d been there. I sat at the table and he told me while I got authorization from my mom, he was going to go help the other customers. I decided to leave and let him know that I did not appreciate his lack of customer service. I tried to call and speak to a manager but apparently he is the manager, and said there is no number I can call to speak to anyone higher in position. I’m not sure why I was not greeted by not only Efrain, but anyone else in the entire store period. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this store, and your workers need to be trained better!

I came in yesterday to exchange a bad gateway for my home internet service. Zay greeted me right away and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend this location!

Yo! Tariq is the man! Nice with customers and very well spoken. He helped me majorly when I was having an issue with my eSIM so he got a fresh sim card and transferred my data with no issue! Definitely going to keep coming here when I have problems.

We had a great experience at this T-Mobile store. We came in to switch carriers, trade in 2 phones & set up 2 new phones. Tariq W. was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this location.

OnePlus 6 is the best phone I've had it since 2017 and it still does everything precisely with every slight tap of my thumb, it never slows down. I have to charge the batteries more with 24 hrs used.With iPhone13, I have to tap the screen several times to get it to do what I wanted, and sometimes I had to close the screen n started over.

Terrific experience. My wife and I came in there to switch carriers and open two new lines. Cierra (I think that was her name) was very knowledgeable and helpful. The phone I wanted was OOS, so the manager was not only kind enough to call another store to check their stock, but she DROVE to that store and return with my phone...when I was happy to wait for it to ship to my house! Can't say enough good things about this location!!

Sub-par experience. Will was good and the short lady manager. Other than that it seemed like nobody wanted to work there. Put down your phones when speaking to people. It's disrespectful to constantly check your phone when "trying" to assist a client.
