Always an issue with returning 5 gallon water bottles at this location. This location is outdated with incompetent staff and poor customer service.

Even though this store is the closest grocery store for me, i never buy the bakery, veggies, red mea, poultry and dairy here. I just go to wegman for its freshness and quality.
Very Interestingly the Shoprite on Rt 70 is way better than this one. You can see the difference, when you step inside these two stores. Not sure why they can’t make this as good as the one on Rt 70.

You would think Shoprite could figure out how to notify people when they are out of the deli meat you order at the kiosk. Isn't that why you can add your phone#??? Instead they have you order at the kiosk which tells you it'll be ready in 15mins so you walk around and add things to your cart. You then return to the cold cut pickup case and search through the order only to see nothing has your name on it. You then question yourself wondering if you placed the order and then decide to ask the deli only to find out that you did order but they are out. You ask them why its available on the kiosk to order if they are out and they say they cant take it off but they know about the problem! So if everyone there knows about the problem and no one cares to do anything about it that means they don't care about my time. This has happened twice and the 1st time it happened I complained to management only to hear it's a software issue and they can't do anything about it.
How about you hang a sign saying what you're out of??? Or even better use the phone # collected at time of order to notify the customer instead of just collecting their data and selling it.. Whoever pulled the trigger at shoprite corporate for an order management system that doesn't allow shoprite to remove product or notify your customers when youre out of the product shouldn't be making any decisions on software or customer service cause they have no idea about either. They need to be bagging groceries at the checkout line cause no one does that anymore either. They are good at watching tho!

I purchased a $10 lottery ticket from the machine and Won a $100. I bought the ticket into the store to cash it along with a mega millions ticket that I got $3 for. The women folded the money and handed it to me. My fault I didn't count it then. After i came home and later went into my pocket book I found that she only gave me $60. I went back to the store and their so called loss prevention young KID checked the tape and said the woman (heavy lady with bun on her head) counted out the money and paid me. and I didn't sign the ticket. I ABSOLUTELY signed the ticket before I went into the store. This happened today, May 4th, this morning. I shop here all the time. At least twice a week and spend alot of money. I even contribute to all the charities at cash register and door. I am not a liar and I would appreciate the money I was cheated out of. In all the years I have bought lottery tickets this was the first time I ever won a $100.

The deli counter fastest service always . The best sandwiches and hoagie. You can order sandwiches just the way you like them.

They called the police and banned my elderly father from the store because he absent mindedly forgot to scan a piece of meat in checkout. He has been shopping there for over 20 years. I asked for the manager to find out what was going on and she was extremely rude to me, wouldn’t tell me any details about the situation, and accused me of yelling at her ( I was very civil). Horrible store.

Shoprite Pharmacy is one of the best in South Jersey. Doctors there are friendly and helpful, they care about their patients and always make sure each patient understand his/her medication. Thank you.

This ShopRite is just ok, things are easy to find and the staff is very nice. I just wish they had more healthy choices, like the other newer shoprites

Relatively impressive selection when they're not having consistent supply chain issues. I appreciate their inclusion of more and more global food ingredients and products. The level of apathy behind the deli counter is almost comical. I have to order everything sliced thin just to make sure they give me more than 4 slices of whatever I ordered. And god forbid I order several things at once, because there's a 50-50 chance the specifications on the orders get swapped. If you can avoid using their shop-from-home service, I highly suggest you do. They frequently pick the most expensive version of products just because they can. One nice thing is that they don't give me a hard time about ringing up a full cart of groceries by myself. I've had enough negative experiences with cashiers to outweigh all the positive ones (some of them are very sweet, some have been truly awful), and I'd much rather just do it myself at this point. The help desk lady is also great. Very mixed experience over all. I'll be back next week.

Beware of fake qr code sales!!!This store is wonderful and has great sales, but a scammer posted fake qr codes that asks for you to sign up for an account and enter credit card info. Do not get scammed.
