“I use this location every 3 months and I always receive excellent customer service here. I like this location because this is where all of the other locations packages get sent out at the end of the day from. Cutoff time here is 8pm for packages to go out. The other locations are 5pm then they are sent here and leave out for the day.”

“I needed a lot of guidance and suggestions for creating my Photo Collage..were it not for Jenn's knowledge, patience, creativity, great ideas and help I would not have been able to create the photo or purchase it. Jenn was solely responsible for my satisfaction in making the purchase and I will DEFINITELY be back to Jenn and Fed Ex for my continued custom printing/photo jobs. No matter how busy they may get customer service is never rushed. Jenn even left a conference call that she was on to spend as much time with me as I needed. “I wanted to make a quick note that on two different occassions my packages were sent to the wrong address with only one mistake being that of the Post Office.. with that in mind, Joe researched both matters and they were quickly resolved. Thank you Joe! And Thank you Mrs. Mail Carrier for identifying that you had in error placed my package in the wrong box. She came back after her shift in order to correct it. “Moorestown Post Office April 24, 2023 Well much to my surprise I had the most enjoyable experience here today. I had stopped going to My Moorestown Post Office due to the most unpleasant employees here.Due to the bridge being closed I was not able to get to the Maple Shade Post Office. Held my breath and ventured to Moorestown.Much to my surprise Clerk 49 greeted me with a smile and SO helpful. unfortunately, I did not ask his name. Will be sure to do that next time.”
