“I wanted to make a quick note that on two different occassions my packages were sent to the wrong address with only one mistake being that of the Post Office.. with that in mind, Joe researched both matters and they were quickly resolved. Thank you Joe! And Thank you Mrs. Mail Carrier for identifying that you had in error placed my package in the wrong box. She came back after her shift in order to correct it. I appreciate the time taken! Happy Holidays...5 stars for sure ☺️”

“Well im from Philly and i wanted to apply for my passport but the customer service in Philadelphia is trash , so I decided to come to this post office here at Cinnaminson let me tell you what, the lady that did the process for me was so helpful and had a great attitude. If you need to apply for passport this is the right place to come.”

“My favorite Post Office in the area! While it may not have a 24/7 lobby with a shipping kiosk and dropbox for packages, the ladies who work here are wonderful! I really like that it's small and never crowded, unlike the USPS on Centennial Blvd in Voorhees. Plus, the staff in Gibbsboro are always pleasant and you never feel rushed! IF you need all of the bells and whistles, go to the USPS in Voorhees, but if you just want to get in and out quickly to mail letters or a package, get stamps, or check your P.O. Box, this is where to go!”
“It's a small post office but everything you need is there and you ran out pretty fast as people are in there I can't remember if it works if I really really good at getting a PO boxes in Excel”

“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”
“A gentleman served me. I wish I got his name. He was a tall dark and handsome younger man. He was so kind and he made my day when he heard me speak Spanish. He Pulled his head up and UM Um Um. That's all he said he made me laugh. He send my package to Puerto Rico. Told me that it may get there later. But it got there earlier. Thank you Young Man you made my day. God bless you.”

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”

“I usually dread going to the post office and the motor vehicle agency but for a post office, it was a surprisingly quick visit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the woman behind the counter helped me with everything I needed to do. And did I mention I walked in 15 minutes before they closed? It didn't seem to be a problem but I was still apologetic, they were really nice about it...”
“Every time I’ve been here it’s been horrible to work with people. I had documents that needed to go out and it sat there for over a week. Today I met Jerrica ( spelling?). She was helpful and very nice. Friendly and efficient. I hope she is the start of a new trend for this office.”

“This post office is great. The lobby is always clean and has plenty supplies for purchase. Always has a great selection of stamps to choose from. Customer service is amazing, friendly and fast. I don’t know why customers come in and treat employees like garbage.
One customer Bonnie C. didn’t see me when she came in last time but I have witnessed the whole incident and then found her nasty bullying review on google. The fact that a person is bilingual doesn’t give any right to any customer to be bulling them or be verbally abusing them. Think before you post HALF truth about anyone.”

“Went to drop off my wedding invites around 10 am on a Wednesday and had an absolute sweetheart. She had short blonde hair, I wish I got her name but didn't think to look. She checked if everything was okay before it was sent off and she said okay good to go! Super quick and easy! Highly suggest going to the counter if you are sending Save the Dates or Wedding Invites.”

“This USPS is as good as the other post offices I've been to. There are times when the line is short and times when it is long. Sometimes the person behind the counter is having a good day and sometimes they're not. Overall, it's a lovely post office and they've always been able to help me out. The location is lovely too - being right next to the library is a real treat.
The people that frequent this post office though are some of the most impatient, opinionated, insufferable patrons that I've had the misfortune of lining up next to. I know it's hard for some folk to keep their mouths shut, but do try. We're in a post office, not a political rally. How am I subject to folks inane ramblings every time I go to send mail? I have no clue. I feel for the postal workers though, and it's not hard to imagine who contributes to their having a bad day.”
