It's Monday, 12:47 pm. Been waiting 50 minutes to see an associate. Go to Lumberton.. they are so much quicker and accomodating.

There was only one teller on Monday! 6-7 people were waiting in line at 4:54 pm. Bank manager was sitting and another teller was standing doing nothing.

Bank Teller Made me show my cell phone to make a withdrawal. Been banking with them 18 years. They don’t like my Brown.. but they love my money. I have 17 family members and we will all be walking into the branch closing accounts one by one.The complaint was escalated but they did not even call me back.Taylor Freeman executive management ignored my emails And avoided my calls.

Screw over the little guy! Definitely taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau... My account is always full.. even during the peak of Covid ... I didn't meet the requirement once! And I had the account for years ! You want to know why ? I was in the hospital for a month and a half . Finally getting back on my feet my account was hit hard because of not getting a paycheck . Now I'm back to work and will be getting a Disability in and regular check again And they wouldn't waive the fee . It's like damn with all the s*** going on in the world . I can't get a break ? I can understand if my s*** was consistently low, but this was a one time thing! Definitely looking elsewhere!

I usually use PNC ATMs at Wawa etc and there is no service fee... not so with the bank themselves. Pretty high fees.
