I can’t recommend Pet Grooming Studio enough! Before my Black Lab Ranger passed away I used to bring him often for a bath and nail trimming by Michelle P. I was very apprehensive bringing my dog and leaving him anywhere! He was my kid to say the least. And well, he was a Lab and loved water so he frustrated me when I’d give him a bath! Well, not with Michelle! Apparently he was a perfect angel and loved being there with her! To the point I’d ask him if he wanted to go see Michelle and get a bath, he’d get excited! Do not hesitate scheduling with Pet Grooming Studio and Michelle P if she’s still there!

They always say kids and dogs know... Well, my dog knows!! She loves coming here and absolutely loves her groomer. As soon as she sees her "doggie spa leash" she can't wait to get there.

(Love you to the moon and back).This team of amazing loving angels also donated their time to the fur babies that need extra love as they are fostered or in a shelter.To the older group who may need that extra love due to poor health.Love you all you friend Oliver

Our first time to visit The Pet Grooming Studio was yesterday, and we will definitely be back! The staff were so sweet! They also made my pup look so cute with her cut, bows and bandanna! She smells so so good and is super soft!! I highly recommend!! I also loved that the groomer made sure I liked how my dog looked and told me that if I didn’t like anything to inform her next time and she will change it!

We take our pupper there 2 to 3 times a year and we usually request Ashley. They know how to deal with double coats and are always aware of potential issues. Last visit they spotted a discoloration on my dog's nail, turned out to be fine, but I didn't notice myself. Definitely above and beyond and the cuts are always great.

Zero stars actually. Over $2,000 in vet bills after they sliced my dogs paw. Of course they blamed the dog. The dog flinched they said.The time before this disaster we got our dog back with an unacceptable cut. The excuse that time, the dog flinched.If your dog is one of those magical dogs that sits perfectly still for their grooming than maybe this is the place for you, but I doubt it.Update to the reply from the owner:The paperwork from the vet states it is hard for them to determine why the additional problems occurred. We of course had to continue to wrap our dogs paw to protect the wound. However, we wouldn't have had to do that if she wasn't injured under your care. I guess I should have brought the dog back to the vet for re-wrapping and continued to submit the bills to you so you could continue to take responsibility for the ongoing problem. Lesson learned.In terms of contacting the groomer, that may have been my wife. Not sure why she would have done that, but my main issue is how you as the owner handled this. When given a little daylight to avoid having to assume any further responsibility, you quickly took advantage of the situation. In all fairness, I believe you considered it, if we agreed to continue using your services, but I think we all knew that was going to be unlikely. Have a peaceful day? Sure, why not.

The Pet grooming studio is great!! I don’t have the easiest dog to groom due to anxiety, but they were very good with my dog and worked with him very well. My dog has had very bad experiences at Petsmart and the chain stores so he is now terrified of getting his nails clipped. I was amazed when they told me they were able to get Barkleys nails clipped! It was such a relief. He had a really good experience and we can’t wait to bring him back tomorrow for his second grooming there. The staff is very personable and very kind as well!! Highly recommend.

Update:The manager did reach out to me. The cuts were because my cat was very knotted in that area. Unfortunately, the ear thing was an accident and I was told that the groomer wasn't sure how that happened. I was assured that I would have been informed if the ear (and not the fur) was cut and that he should be okay. I had taken two cats, my other cat was fine and groomed nicely.Previous:The groomer trimmed my cats fur so close to his ears it looked like it was clipped. But for some reason only one ear. When I called to ask what happened, the receptionist Trish talked to me, didn’t let me even speak to the actual groomer. She claimed they never use scissors or clippers near the pets ear and that it probably happened from muzzling him. I find it questionable that the way his fur was cut could have been from a muzzle. I sent pictures, she never responded to address my concern of whether they actually clipped his ear or to give a reasonable explanation. I had to ask my vet if he was injured….There were also other cuts on his body.This place will not let you physically enter the building. It’s gated off. They also do not ask you for proof of rabies vaccination. That’s super sketchy. The groomer who saw my cat, Brie, isn’t even listed on their website with what her experience or qualifications are. Petsmart is definitely better than this place. At least they aren’t jeopardizing your pets health and you can be there/see what they are doing to your pet.

This place is overpriced and the job they do is sub par. My black lab was there for grooming and they charged me $80 and they did not even trim his nails. I would never take my dogs here again and I will never go back. They have terrible personal relations and you are caged in like animals when you go to drop off and get your dog. Anywhere else is better than here!
