Company sent me papers to fill out for a sleep study. Sent the papers back with my information. About a month goes by I get an email with a tracking number. To my surprise my package was going to an address I haven't used in 2 yrs. I called the company multiple times and left messages to which I received no response. I tried to reroute the package in my shipping account but that was impossible without the company doing it. This left me searching around for a package that they didn't confirm my address to and sent it out of nowhere without making sure everything was correct. They don't answer phones or return calls. Garbage..

I don't know what is wrong with this company that the basic concept of calling a client to see when they want the sleep testing device shipped is beyond them. They can certainly complain. When you don't send it back the next day.

This is the worst companyi have ever delt with. They donot respond. I am concerned that they will never return my money. This is not a good company to deal with. I am calling Columbia Presby o find out who uses them. I am alos calling my lawyer to explore litigation.

Wasn’t the biggest fan of the service when requesting information about the training program. The receptionist was super nice and so helpful when calling the main line but the supervisor Scott was a bit rude and dismissive. I’ll follow the other reviews and my intuition on this one and look elsewhere.

I know a lot of people have had problems with Persante in the past, but my experience was far different. I had a sleep study at Jefferson Hospital Cherry Hill last night. The facility was newly furnished (even with spring water for evening ablutions). The technician, Chris was very pleasant, personable, and very capable. He answered all my questions, was attentive to my needs, explained the procedure and the need for it, and as a result I had the best sleep I have had in the five sleep studies I have had over the years. I highly recommend Jefferson Cherry Hill as a sleep study center with Chris as technician.

Worst everything. HR, management. Unprofessional, unorganized. If you're offered a job from this company, RUN! Not sure how they are still up and running. What a waste of time. Forced to pick 1 star, but would give negative infinite stars!

Poor service at your sleep lab in Sewell. Months of calling & on hold. I was told my insurance was rejected. A MANAGER then stated, it's the policy to do a verbal consent or we can't move forward. How dare she pressure me, to consent to forms I have not even looked over especially when the test was ordered in November. I asked to have the forms emailed, she stated the policy is to have patients verbally consent. That is unethical and quite frankly its fraudulent. Do not go here. IT is a shame that zero stars is not possible. These people are incompetent. They cannot even schedule a study. You cannot get through by phone. You cannot leave a message and asking for a call back with their automated system is a waste of time, it does not work. Find somewhere else to do a sleep study.

Being active duty in the military i was referred to this by another place tricare pays for. However when i am waiting over 2 weeks to find out why i cant sleep for hours and toss and turn from 10pm to 5am it gets you a little mad. I am sure the services themselves are not bad but the lack of professional behavior has me dumbfounded

Disrespectful staff with no oversight or accountability, this operation is the absolute pits. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I was supposed to be called on an emergency basis, their normal time to schedule a study is 3 to 5 days, but since I was an emergency they waited until at least 6 days before calling me. But hey I don't really need to breath, do I? The clerks who answer the phones are beyond rude and beyond clueless, and won't hesitate before hanging up on you. In the week leading up to my appt., I got 7 robo messages telling me to show up at a certain date and time, and then ON the day of the test they try to j*** me around and leave a message changing the time to something even more inconvenient for me. I tried to call back to speak to someone, but oh silly me, why would I expect the decency of a return call? When I got there the technician got very nasty with me, told me she "could only see part of what was in the computer"; very, very unprofessional. She handed me a bunch of forms to sign after asking my name. I think all those girls are brain dead, all the paper work she handed to me was for someone else. The overall experience was so bad that I tried to call Persante (as opposed to Virtua), and when I finally got a hold of someone in their Tennessee corporate office, company seems to have changed its name but same stupidity and lack of accountability. I left messages which were never returned. THE ONLY PERSON YOU WILL EVER be able to speak to is the person to reorder supplies (so you can spend more money there, of course!). This company has no credibility or accountability whatsoever and should not be in the healthcare field. I am going to call my insurance company and see if I can get my CPAP equipment and supplies from somewhere else and suggest you should do the same. Its been quite evidence that dealing with this company will be a nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Isn't it funny that none of their "five star" reviews actually say anything at all except one. Like nobody is going to notice that.

They cancelled my appointment to pick up a sleep study kit hours before I was supposed to arrive. I took the appointment they offered me, which was a week later than my first appointment. This resulted in a two month delay in surgery I needed. I decided that I did not want to offer them my business, and made an appointment at another facility. My husband and I have tried, unsuccessfully, to cancel this appointment at St. Josephs Sleep Center in Wayne, NJ for two days now. No one will pick up the phone in the scheduling department. I keep getting automated calls reminding me that I am still on their schedule. Very unprofessional.

My experience was top notch. I have been to several other centers in the area and these were by far the best run. The equipment was advanced, technition was very comforting and the customer service really caring.
