“Everyone that I encountered in the store were so kind and helpful. When I went to get samples, employees were laughing and enjoying each others company which I personally LOVE! Having fun at work is important and it brings a great energy. And Julie, who worked solo on Labor Day weekend, helped me narrow down the right paint for the job and made sure I had everything I needed, even helped me carry out my purchase to the car. When I went back the next day, she remembered who I was, greeted me with a smile, and helped without skipping a beat.”
“We moved to the Medford area about a year ago and I’ve visited the Sherwin Williams store on Stokes Road twice so far (once earlier today). I was assisted by store manager, Dennis Lupton, on both occasions. I must say this guy really knows his stuff. He went well beyond answering the questions regarding my paint issues. He took the time to respond to each issue I had in detail and although he had a few other customers, he assisted us all and did not rush through anything. I give Dennis 5 Stars for his outstanding customer service and 5 more stars for his product and application knowledge. I highly recommend this store and I will surely be going back!”

“A young guy with curly hair helped us with our painting needs. I had a custom color match from another Sherwin Williams that I thought wasn’t well matched but he explained to me that the small samples and gallons slightly differ because of the amount of color codes. I didn’t get his name, but he was there Sunday morning at 11am and he even helped us carry all the paint to our car. This guy deserves some recognition or a raise!! Thank you for such a great experience.”
