Stopped in to see what they would have to offer for my problem feet. Antonio is a wealth of knowledge, patient and in a pleasant way educates you about your own feet. First I was measured on their step-on machine and found I was wearing and buying the wrong size. It's nice to do business where the staff are more than sales people. You get service as well.

My husband and I went to this New Balance location today for the first time. We both have problem feet and are hard to fit. I called ahead to ask if they carry our sizes, I spoke to Antonio, he was super nice, told us he could help us. When we arrived at store Antonio immediately helped us, was very knowledgeable about New Balance products and what we needed. We both left with new walking shoes. I would highly recommend this New Balance location, especially if you have problem feet, the staff is very helpful!

Chris is amazing. I purchase my first pair of sneaker they were wonderful, 2nd and 3rd pair not. I got my feet measured and it was one bigger then the other (went from 10 1/2 wide to 11 wide). I went on vacation and my big toe on my right foot was bumping against the top right, which left a black and blue bruise. I had to purchase a new pair of sneaker while in Alaska so I could walking around without being in pain. They were a size 11 and much more comfortable.

Very good selection. They carry a NB shoes you cannot get easily elsewhere. Prices were average at best, but they have stuff you cant find.

I have sesmoiditis and have tried Hoka and Brookes and have had no success. I have suffered so much the past year. So I decided to go back to my old favorite. I called your store in NJ and spoke with Chris before I make the trip. Thank you Chris. My poor feet feel so much better

This Mew Balance location, as well as their sister location in Cherry Hill, are excellent places to try on the latest shoes and clothing. It is safer than ordering off of Amazon where you might not receive a genuine NB shoe. On this occasion my wife was looking for a 2nd set of 860 sneakers to replace an older set. She likes these because they fit great, are quite comfortable, and they’re available in a couple of pastel colors too. She bought two sets so that she will have one in reserve because this particular style was being discontinued in favor of a newer version. So she reaped a nice discount and is really happy now.New Balance shoes are recommended by most podiatrists because they fit you feet with great support for your arches.

I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years now. Every single time we shop here, the service is exceptional. My little one needed to be fitted for new shoes last week and the young man who waited on my family was so helpful and patient with my son. He was honestly amazing with him. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new shoes. They are also a family run business so I am happy to support them. I love working with everyone there!

I came in here by accident…My lady wanted a certain shoe and I stumbled upon an awesome experience. As a (former) Nike/Adidas/Brooks loyalist, I wasn’t really open-minded. Chris humored me when I asked about running shoes. I got measured, fitted, and the best part was that he didn’t pressure me into buying it! We’ve been back 3 times since then and have had happy feet because of it! A+ experience!
