Very clean facility. All Doctors and Techs are knowledgeable and polite.

Chose this office because the network of doctors I normally use only had appointment availability a month or so out. This office was able to schedule a new patient appt for me within a couple of weeks.
The doctor and nurse that I saw were kind, and pretty efficient. Left out the fact that I needed to have an ultrasound of my heart. But, I saw it after on my paperwork, so that was an easy thing to schedule and move along with. The lady that did my ultrasound was nice and so was the lady that put on my heart monitor.
Nice people at this office for the mostpart, with the exception of Andrea who was very rude when it came to confusion regarding a follow up appt that I scheduled in person when I was leaving out from seeing the doctor. I advised the rep that the doctor specifically stated to squeeze me in as a telemed appt. Which the rep confirmed was done before I left out of the office. Somehow, instead the rep put it in as an in person visit. Andrea left me a message regarding the visit to see if I would COME INTO the office earlier. When I contacted the office back to advise that I could not change the appt to earlier AND it is a telemed appt, so I would not be coming into the office in general, I was left on hold for about 7 minutes before I hung up. Andrea calls back, leaves another message stating her coworker informed her I wanted to CHANGE my visit over to telemed and she had to get approval from the doctor. So, I called back, Andrea answered the line and I told her the appt was already made as a telemed appt (apparently only to my knowledge). Andrea became very argumentative, back and forth, and said, "well, she didn't put it in as a telemed appointment, so we have to wait for the doctor's approval". No, I apologize for the confusion but...or I apologize for the inconvenience but...nothing of the sort. Just rudeness to a patient for something that was an error on their part. Then, when I asked to speak to the office manager because I did not like her tone, Andrea hung up on me. I called back AGAIN, Andrea answered the line AGAIN, and when I said manager, she says, "ok, mam your appointment is in", I told her I want a manager, she just put me on hold, then comes back stating the manager (Eric) is in an interview. I called back a few times to speak to Eric or someone else higher than Andrea, but for some reason I was not able to speak to anyone?? So, hence this review. This treatment when it comes to ANY patient should be unacceptable! Perhaps Andrea needs "Chic Fila" training on how to be polite to people you are servicing?...especially when it is an error on the part of the office, not the patient!
I do have to have my follow up telemed appt with this office since they did my testing and we need to go over the results, etc. But, once that is done, I will not be returning to this office.

Have been visiting Collin Brown as my Obgyn. She has been amazing all questions patiently answered, she makes sure that the patient is comfortable.

First, I made an appointment to see the ENT, and they recommended I go get a hearing test at another location. They sent me to the wrong building and when I showed up to the wrong building 20 minutes early, they said that the doctor in the correct building (5 minutes away) wouldn't want to see me because another patient was there. I still ended up getting the test on time l, so that's fine. Then I scheduled to see the GP, and called early to confirm my appointment was at the correct building at the correct time at this location. When I showed up they told me that my appointment was earlier in the morning, not the afternoon as they had said on the phone just before I showed up, so I missed the appointment and had to reschedule for a month and a half in the future because the doctor wouldn't see me at the time that was confirmed over the phone.
Which is completely unreasonable. There was also nobody that I could talk to fix the front desk issue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maxwell for many years. When he moved from the Penn practice one mile from my house to a new Penn facility eight miles away, I stayed with him. He is caring, reassuring, precise and generous with his time. And he is absolutely worth the extra seven miles. Support staff are excellent as well.

I would give them a zero if it was an option. I have never dealt with this level of rudeness from a doctors office in my life. I would go to a free clinic before going to this group. I recently asked for a manager to go over my concerns and was told that information is not available to the public. What a joke.

I have been a patient of Dr. Maxwell’s for a few years now. He is phenomenal. He is kind, compassionate, and understanding. He never makes me feel like my appt is rushed. I have a great relationship with him and I will be sad to see him leave… whenever that might be.
