“I was referred here by a friend of mine and the service I received was exceptional. The sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable about suits(which was helpful because I don’t know much about them.) and for a small fee they will do alterations to accommodate your body type. Which was really helpful to me as one arm is shorter due to a disability. 5 star service from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My salesperson, Yassine, was incredibly helpful from offering suggestions of suitable sizes and colors to offering me a selection of different dress shoes that worked with the suit I got. This store offered an environment that felt safe and judgement free. I will definitely be back.”

“Place is good. Got that old school look, feeling and treatment. They jump on you soon as you come in to welcome you. They have a tailor present all the time on premises compared to franchise stores which they are there 2 times a week. Bought my suit and was tailored fitted to it. Bought the suit on Saturday and got the call on Monday afternoon that it was ready. Tried it on that night and fitted perfectly. This place is good for big and tall guys as well which is hard to find these days.”

“I love the unique clothing at Boscov’s. I travel over an hour to this store. I would’ve given them a 5 star review except for their shift change at 5pm. 2 different associates were asked to check me out and both said they were off the clock yet clearly still straightening up their area. If it weren’t for Andrea, who cheerfully checked us out at 5:08pm, we would’ve had to wait for the night shift workers. I asked if she got over time and she doesn’t. Shame on you Boscov’s you’re better than this!”

“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. It is true that stores do not have as many staff as in the past BUT the people they have really go out of their way to help.I did not see something I wanted to buy and, on my way out, was asked if I needed help? I told Denise my problem. She used the radio to ask someone on the receiving dock if it had just been received. It had! Candy brought it up form the back of the store to the check out where I was standing. They were really happy to help me.”

They are super friendly, very welcoming and helpful too!!!!! It's a small, quaint little store but the atmosphere is super big!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Need that special pair of jeans, that body shirt, that special item that will help tuck it all into those jeans/body shirt and/or something different to showcase on the dance floor they have it for you (men and women). I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful!
