This is the only Lexus dealership near me, I don’t like going far for anything, so I was pleasantly surprised, fantastic service.My wife and I usually go for practical cars, but I wanted a high end, I compared the Audi, BMW, Mercedes hybrids and some were way over what I wanted to pay, and their mileage per gallon didn’t come close to the Lexus. Clenton was an excellent host, he made me feel comfortable and he did not pressure me, what I wanted was not in stock, but when it saw the car I purchased,I instantly loved it, I wanted a brand new hybrid, but there was a wait for them, they had a 22 slightly used hybrid plus, that after the hundred plus check looked brand new, I’m extremely happy, still learning all the gadgets and stuff, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I purchased my first Lexus in July, I’m in love with the car. Is350 f sport, what a beauty! I was in and out in under three hours, with Oleg leading the charge. I’ve owned many cars from bmw, to every Acura model, and I can attest that Lexus will surely be my last make and model. Thanks again !

This is my eighth Lexus from Lexus of Cherry Hill. As you can infer I am not only a very satisfied customer but I am an advocate for this place. I have referred my friends who have been as satisfied as I am. From general manager, to salesmen and service managers all treat you as valuable customers they want to serve with delight. For many years my service manager has been Mr. Joseph and I can rely on him to respond and accommodate my needs and provide excellent personalized service always. Before Lexus I had Mercedes S class but I have not looked back?♂️

Another note of a very highly satisfied Lexus customer.
Last night (Sunday) around 9 pm coming out of ShopRite. With my wife - both of us are over 85 years old,, my tire got a nail. Driving down slowly to my home ( about 2 miles) I ran into a gentle Good Samaritan couple. They stopped us at a light and followed us into a church parking lot to change my tire. They followed us to our home for safety and left only with our warm thank yous.
This morning I called Lexus of Cherry Hill and my service manager John Joseph was waiting for us. He made us comfortable in the waiting area. Kept us updated on the progress and in a short time with a smile said we have replaced your tire at no cost to you and have the washed car which is ready for you. Then he helped us in the car.
Both these incidences restore my faith in gentleness of neighbors and service professionals in our South Jersey community.
Unfortunately i cannot reach out to the Good Samaritans but I can highly recommend John Joseph and Cherry Hill Lexus.

Professional, courteous and prompt. I purchased my first three Lexus’s from this dealership while living in Marlton Nj and i now live in Jacksonville Fl. I knew my next oil change would occur while visiting in NJ and could have easily went to a local place for oil change but the level of service at your shop continues to be second to none!,
