Tried to get shirts laundered. They want to charge 3 times the price since they are mens small. No where does it say that if you're a small man it will cost more money to have your shirts cleaned. . DISCRIMINATION FOR SURE!!!!I Don't use this place any more. Try Amelia's down the street. no difference in price do to size.

Been a customer for over 5 years. Always pleasant and welcoming. Today went in to pick up my shirts. Said there was a problem. One of my shirts they laundered dozens of times before stained another shirt because they have a new presser, and they pressed a bright shirt then a white shirt. Tried to blame me, refused to rectify the situation until I called them out for trying to charge me to clean a shirt they ruined and they refused to do anything. She pushed my money back to me and I left. Never will be back.

Always easy process, in/out and always on time. They do a nice job, they've dry cleaned and even did a small alteration last minute for me.

Took them over a month to clean my Ugg boots. Dropped them off before Thanksgiving and they weren't done until the week of Christmas. If you need Ugg boots cleaned timely find somewhere else!

Great customer service. We were in a bind and needed my daughter's dress taken in and a little tighter in the straps. We had 2 days to get it done before her dance and they did it. We have a dry cleaner about 2 minutes away from our house and I still drive the 20 minutes to go here!

I have been using Larchmont Cleaners for probably over 10 years now. The owners Min and Grace from Larchmont Cleaners are some of the nicest people that I've ever met. I feel like I have become more than just a customer to them. I am constantly getting food stains on my work clothes and Grace and Min always get the stains out every time. My work pants and dress shirts are perfectly cleaned and pressed every time. They are just really good down to earth people who always consistently do a great job for me and all of their customers. Ignore those few negative reviews (there are always those few people that you can just never make happy); I've NEVER had a bad experience with Larchmont Cleaners and the owners I know would bend over backwards for any of their customers. In a world where everything is so commercialized; I love supported their local business. I will continue to do so for years to come !Service: Alterations

“Wow” what a shame in the eyes of God , these so called professionals Larchmont Cleaners in Mount Laurel did a lousy Job today March 19, 2019 on my favorite expensive down long length winter Coat .
Since I was a new customer they took no consideration or extra effort to do a great Job so that I the customer would be satisfied.
I had a small tear in the front of my down coat and went into detail asking the lady who works there if she would be able to fix the tear without causing further damage. She stated that she could stitch my coat so that it would look seemless without the tear showing .
To my shock and surprise when I went to retrieve my coat today I got the shock of my life. This greedy person who charged me $20.00 for a small tear had the nerve to glue the tear together. The tear looks like something a toddler would put together.
The moral of this story is if you are a new customer do not go to this cleaners, her and her family only take special care and consideration to those customers that they have known for years. Shame on you Larchmont Cleaners in Mt Laurel , NJ God is watching you . What goes around comes back around .
It is amazing that they never answer their phone, what kind of business is this??? I had to stop in twice to inquire if my coat had been completed, this is absurd and they should be shut down.
