RUSH JOB!! I think this place has FAKE reviews. They are not thorough. I had to take my car back 3x for repairs they billed me for but obviously didn't do.
No communication skills won't contact the customer to give updates even if it means the vehicle won't be ready on time. The phone clerk Sabrina is rude, unprofessional, definitely not knowledgeable about their own policies.. Unless you have time to waste go somewhere else. What a JOKE?.

I had an amazing experience at Lakeside Collision! It was my first time there, and I didn't even have an appointment. The owner, Dave, repaired my damaged 2022 Ford Explorer on the spot, and he didn't charge me anything.
I was in a small fender bender where the other driver swiped my front bumper, leaving black marks on the bumper and side panel. Dave buffed out the damage right then and there and refused to accept any payment when I offered to pay.
Even though he had never met me before, he didn't charge me for the service. Its hard to find a trustworthy auto body shop in today's world but I trust him and his shop. If I ever need an auto body shop in the future, I will definitely go back to Lakeside Collision.

SURGICAL PRECISION! Outstanding and professional to a T. Wouldn't let our Camry out the door till everything we could and couldn't see was repaired in full. The finish shines like new, all the "too-deep-to-see" components replaced as discovered in the repair process. Spot on perfectionists!

This has been my second time using Lakeside Collision Carstar, and let say, their work is IMPECCABLE!!! The estimated time they gave me for the repair was right on time, both times! Super friendly and they can even help you set up a rental if needed! Such a stress free setup! I will always recommend them to anyone!

Thieves stole all four wheels and did some damage to the body and paint. Lakeside Collision, honestly, made my car look better than it did before the damage was done. I highly recommend them. Just add a few days onto the estimate for the work to be done, but this is due to parts delays and not the fault of Lakeside. Again, highly recommend them for both the work they do and how easy they are to work with.
