Title: Unpleasant Experience at Front Desk
My recent encounter with the front desk attendant left much to be desired. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with what can only be described as a demeanor bordering on discourteousness. The individual in question exhibited a notable lack of hospitality, manifesting in a smug countenance that persisted throughout our interaction. This disconcerting attitude detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling uneasy. It is my hope that such instances are addressed to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons in the future.

Pretty much ouchless every time I've been there. Short wait time and nice staff.

Website and front door says hours are until 2:30 pm. I showed up at 2pm for a routine blood draw and doors were locked. Lights on. So I guess you really are not open till the time noted.

You need an appointment which I made for 9:30 am. Check in was easy, I was seen promptly and service to me was excellent.

Terrible customer service.i had a order for blood work schedule my app there and I showed the lady at the front my paper work and she said they don’t take that here and that it wasn’t a lab corp paper when it said lab corp at the top of the paper there was no one there she just was being lazy n didn’t want to do anything, needless to say I had to reschedule for another location further away that was busy n there was no issue

The staff at this location is so distasteful and rude. From the moment I walked in and said good morning front desk gave me a smug look - to the moment they were calling me back and gave me attitude about being there. Was not a professional setting in the slightest.

I was a bit concerned about the low reviews at first but then realized that most of the negative reviews were years old. I arrived as a walk-in ( no appointment) at 9am on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised to see only several people ahead of me. The staff was personable and professional and the facility was clean and organized. I had a great experience ( much better than the Labcorp in my area) . I felt it was important to let people know that the low review score is misleading, and I will continue to travel 25 min to this location in the future.

i came in here 10 minutes before closing, Shawn was nice enough to take me For HCG testing even after i had a issue with my script. She drew the blood so well i didn’t even feel it which has NEVER happened. she’s definitely 10/10

I come here bc it’s the most convenient blood work location and the next closest is 20 min away. The front desk lady is just not pleasant at all. I’ve been here multiple times and same thing every time. If you don’t like your job go do something else. I will take the 20 min drive

Front desk lady with short black hair and glasses is super rude like the moment you walk in she’s all attitude for no reason…i watch her be rude to everyone no good morning no nothing just rude…ignoring the phones and it’s not okay…I’m so sick of her it’s not even funny i will go everywhere but labcorp !!!!

A good Labcorp location to come for routine bloodwork. I recommend looking 1-2 weeks ahead to book an appointment at your preferred time. The appointment was easy to schedule online however, they were not many readily available. The day of the my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early. It appears they take patients based on check in time as the TV screen indicates who's check in. I could see one appointment, checked in ahead of me and one walk in, checked in ahead of me. They called us in order based on who arrived and checked in first. After being called to the desk, I signed some documents and was given a cost estimate and required to provide a CC. I was then allowed to do my labs. The phlebotimist was quick and the draw painless. In all, I arrived 15 mins early and after waiting 15 mins had my blood drawn, so my appointment took 30 minutes. I've had Labcorps get me in and out in 15 mins so this one may be a little slower but I will use them again. All the employees were kind.

I booked an appointment online, arrived on time, checked in at the electronic kiosk in the front, sat down and waited to be called. The woman who called me in got my name right and drew my blood in one try! I was in and out in 25 minutes.
