Very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Willing to order items if it wasn’t in stock. I will shop at this location again. Calvin and Dan were terrific.I would recommend them to anyone.

Just horrible. Spent almost $300 getting clothes altered. Blue suit needed to be pressed. Not done. Black suit pants were missing the clasp. Not done. It was easy listening to them 'putting fires out' each time (4) I visited. A shame. I purchased my last suit here. I'm done with them.

Calvin helped me put together a wonderful suit and was extremely kind and took his time to make sure I was put together for my interview. Will definitely be coming back!

I am only giving 1 star because the groomsmen’s suits showed up. As a company that deals with weddings, the bar definitely should be higher. We had problems from the very first visit, where my husband's suit was never ordered. We went to a different store to rectify this, got the suit, and had his accessories orders transferred to this store. Fast forward and half the accessories never showed up. It was the wedding day when we realized he didn’t get a pocket square. He almost didn’t have a matching tie to the groomsmen. This was after not knowing if the ties would match, because the store where we created the group for the suits didn’t have the tie color in store and we had to go by picture only. No one could give us an answer why something was missing each and every time we interacted with them. Men’s Wearhouse actually came in and saved the day with the ties. I would not recommend using this company, at least the Mount Laurel and Princeton NJ locations.

I went close to prom season so they were running low on stock, the manager Darrell I believe his name was worked really hard, got me everything I needed even if that meant sourcing it from a different branch in a timely manner, he helped me pick out plenty of options, he was extremely friendly and seemed to truly care about his job and customers, all in all I highly recommend this store great service

If I could give this store a minus rating I would. My wedding was 11/7/2021. Why am I writing this now? Because I saw my suit hanging in the closet and I felt the anger come back. Now because this was a year and a half ago I can't remember the names and honestly after the entire debacle I don't want to allocate any memory for this and would sooner forget the entire ordeal. I went to Jos A Bank in Mount Laurel, NJ and the Cherry Hill,NJ location. The associates were very unprofessional ESPECIALLY in the Cherry HIll location where their attitude was," Sounds like a you problem so you gotta deal with it". The story begins with my wife and I selecting the color and fabric of the suit we wanted for everyone on the grooms side. We selected a black fabric and proceeded to make the necessary arrangements. Group number was assigned and every groomsmen was given instructions and contact information. This was early in the year because I didn't want to feel overwhelmed close to the wedding. So after this selection we were informed shortly there after they didn't have black. Then we were informed they did have black. So far just a minor hassle nothing major. The best man even though the suit was tailored they didn't have his size because he was a bigger guy. So about two weeks before the wedding they were able to find and provide the requested pants. The best part. Sitting in the grooms room getting myself together and my soon to be brother in law walks in the room in a GREY SUIT. For point of reference the entire wedding party is in fall colors. Not heather grey. Not charcoal. A nice bright cheery grey. It was so ridiculous it took me a few minutes to comprehend what had happened. At first he didn't believe me(he was the first one in the room after me). He thought I was teasing him. Until the rest of the groomsmen entered the room. I called the Mt Laurel location panicked. They said basically oh im so sorry it says in the system its supposed to be black so I don't know how that happened. We can offer a partial refund? I am beyond irate at this point. I called my wife so now she was whatever emotion is past irate. Sad part is I quite like their products I have a few of their blazers and suits. But after this experience I would NEVER give this store my patronage and encourage as many people as I can to not waste their time or money either.

I’ve been a huge fan of this Jos A. Bank location ever since I’ve moved to the area and was looking to step up my attire-game in the work place, on the streets socially, and in the night-life realm. The Store Manager, Darrel, is very welcoming and, upon meeting him, really took me under his wing and taught me a lot about the “dos & don’ts” of men’s fashion and just a great man to have a conversation with about daily trends when you’re in the store. Also the Tailor here, who I’ve worked with multiple times, is amazing at what she does and also makes sure you’re getting the most out of the material you’re investing in - not to mention another great conversationalist in the establishment. So stop on in TODAY! Ask for Darrel, and tell him Jon sent ya…ha! You won’t regret it.

My son and I were on a time crunch and went to the store and received excellent service from Jerry. He helped us pick out a suit, two shirts, two ties and a pair of shoes. He was excellent from start to finish. Jerry was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. We definitely recommend this store and working with Jerry.

Darryl and his team were awesome. Used them for our wedding we had all of our groomsmen and myself get suits here. He and the team made sure we were informed to make the decisions for each aspect of it and was understanding with getting everyone's suit and accessories together even when we changed things multiple times. It was a stressful process for sure especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about all the details involved, and I'm very confident based on friends' experiences that it would've been way worse if we went anywhere else. Great guy, great team, highly recommend!

I have shopped at this store for almost 10 years... today I met a young manager. Overall employee turn over seems high. Product quality has become very bad with travel tech trousers exhibiting fabric failure with the polyester yarn forming ugly white knots which makes the trousers unwearable,. Jacket seams giving out formal shirts ending up with loose thread ends ...staff at this store has no sense of customer service. I do not know it s a corporate failure or just this Mount Laurel store.. if you are looking for a descent men's wear stor. This is ñOT it

I've been meaning to write this for quite a while, but you know, weddings and what not.I have worked with Darryl, Ben, Pat, and Calvin over the last 6+ months for my wedding, my brother's wedding, and another wedding I was in back in May. We (now wife, and I) met with Ben for our rental selections for our wedding, as well as my custom suit, and he made us feel extremely comfortable, as admittedly we both somewhat intimidated by the process at first.Fast forward a little and I was supposed to be in a wedding May 21st for a friend of mine. Unfortunately, the coordination of the event was lacking, and I found out 2 weeks before the wedding I was supposed to have a black tux rented. Understandably I was panicking at first, but I came into the store and Darryl was able to secure me a tux rental. Not only that, but comparing my rental to the other groomsmen, I was told that mine fit the best by far and looked great! When I returned the rental the next day, I was so happy with it that Pat was able to put in the exact same measurements for my brother's wedding that was going to be coming up Labor Day weekend. To no surprise, it fit great and I was very happy with it.I was just married this past weekend. As I mentioned, my suit was custom and not a rental, but it looked great. I did rent the vest and bowtie, which came in I think a week before the wedding, or maybe even further, and they matched so well (thanks Ben!).I could go on and on, but I just wanted to mention that during the trips back and forth to this location this year, my wife and I moved away from the area, but because of the high-quality service of this location, I continue to make the drive to go back to them. In addition to all of the wedding related suits/tux rentals, I have begun getting my suits for work from there as well.Phenomenal service and quality products. You will not be disappointed.

What an experience! Ben and his manager (I believe), Pat, were consummate sales professionals! We went to this store after immediately leaving the Jos A Banks in Cherry Hill because of how badly we were treated; I mean the attendant there was downright rude and unpleasant to us. It truly shocked me. But that only served as the perfect contrast to the service received in this store by ben and his manager. What was more impressive is they were BUSY! He was actively attending to at least one other group of customers, but we wouldn't have known as much if we didn't physically see him in action. Always kind, and even offering to go the extra step to make sure that we had the best options available for our tuxedo purchases. We very much appreciated Ben's help and will ask for him by name for our next visit to this store!

I went to pick up my suit rental on Saturday 10/1 for my wedding. with my flight being very early Sunday morning. The pants did not fit even though the shirt, vest and jacket all fit. I honestly don't think I gained weight enough to the point the pants wouldn't fit, but it could have been the case. Regardless of the reason, whether weight or wrong order placed, the whole team worked with me to get a suit for my wedding. Ben provided great service. He was attentive and picked out great suit selections. The store manager, Darryl, also provided great service. Both individuals were very professional, kind, and proactive. We were able to get a suit that I loved and fit in within 30 minutes. Still had to get some minor tailoring but aside from that, I was set for my wedding! Thankful for the team and the accommodations they gave for the suit mix-up, I can't thank you enough! I looked shnazzy!! Highly recommend this store and this team.

My son needed an outfit for the homecoming dance. Calvin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, educating a 15-year-old on the finer points of wearing dress clothes while listening to my son's feedback on the look he wanted to make sure this outfit fit his style. Thank you!
