This bank and its card machine is like McDonald’s and their ice cream machine. Only works half of the time. Against all of the inconveniences with bringing 2 toddler into a bank, once I talked to someone about wanting to get a new card (mind you, they decided to switch from visa to Mastercard), she told me their card machine is down. It took me 5 minutes just to get from the car into the bank and now I have load them back unit the car after 30 seconds being inside. You guys could’ve put a sign in the front door. It’s just that simple. And when it’s back up, just the sign back down. Again, it’s that simple. Secondly, citizen bought all investors customers but didn’t keep the same tradition that investors customers accustomed to. Such as beverage and goodies station. This branch in particular, you have TD Bank across the street and Chase Bank across 38, what do you do at stand out from the bank? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

This bank is great to make deposits, use the ATM, open up an account, buy checks, and do other banking services. This branch also has a drive thru.
