“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

“I scheduled an appointment on their app to exchange old internet and cable tv equipment for new equipment. They greeted me at the door immediately upon walking in and sent me to a desk where I was immediately waited on. The customer rep was knowledgeable. He understood my request and why I was exchanging my equipment. In only a few minutes I was walking out with my new equipment. It went extremely smooth. (I went on a Saturday at 10:15 am, which may have been a timeframe that's normally slow.)”

Once the wait was over, trading in the phone and making sure that it was registered / marked on the account that the iPhone XR was returned was pretty straightforward and easy with the store manager handling it at the time
Today, I came here to get home internet, and it was pretty quick wait time with an appointment made ahead of time
Andrew was facilitating the home internet order today, and it would have been nice if he was more transparent about the different pricing options available instead of (1) defaulting to the one that he said they were told not to advertise and then (2) getting annoyed when I told him that another Verizon store had told me that there was a cheaper option available”
