“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

Greg was phenomenally helpful from answering questions, providing refreshingly honest guidance, to engaging SME support as needed.I don’t normally post reviews, but for any current or future Verizon customer, this store was extremely helpful. In has become a very digital world, Greg is an Ambassador for old school customer service that generates customer loyalty. I will only ever go back to this store for my Verizon needs.”
