This is a great Hyatt place. I've stayed in a few by now. Check in is quick and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and smell great.Breakfast is hot and delicious.Check out was a breeze on the Hyatt app. There are also lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive.

The location is good. Close to shops and places to eat.The rooms are outdated. They’re currently remodeling. Couch was old. The shower head sprayed out in different areas randomly. Bed was comfy. TV was super old with old cable. Definition was maybe 720p or below. The staff checking me in at 9pm was great. Friendly. Kind. Willing to talk with you. However, the Hyatt had an issue and was shutting off the water between the hours of 10-5. They did not tell me about a water outage during this time frame when I checked in. A very small poster was at the front counter on the opposite side where I checked in. It was not legible from where I was standing. I talked to the manager of the hotel at check out. I told him, do you think I can read that from here? He said “oh I don’t know” he advised me that his staff was suppose to tell me at check in there was going to be an outage. I told him no they didn’t. I also requested a late checkout of 12pm which the night staff accommodated. I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel if I knew about the water outage. The managers last response was “what do you want me to do about the situation.” I don’t know? Maybe do your job and talk with your employees about how to do their job. I’m not really surprised how they are after my interaction with him. He also “looks forward to talking with his corporate office” about this interaction. Also, if you’re stayed on the fourth floor, you’re going to hear the construction going on at 8am. Plan accordingly.Rooms: Rooms were old and outdated.

Nice clean hotel and away from the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia. Spacious rooms with double sofas.

Excellent staff and excellent service. Breakfast is good for a hotel and they offer plenty of food. The hotel does offer limited food through the day and alcohol through the night. There is a workout room, it is old, but you can get a workout accomplished. The hotel is pet friendly. The rooms are old, and need to be renovated, but that is offset by the reasonable price. The rooms are older than the pictures let on. This is a good hotel to stay if you are visiting Philadelphia or Diggerland down the street. They also have adjoining rooms.Rooms: Rooms are old and need to be renovated. They are larger. They have connecting rooms. They have fridges and microwaves if you ask.Noteworthy details: Excellent staff. Near 5 star quality.

Location is good. The front desk ladies were super nice .The Breakfast eggs & potatoes were yummy. The rest of the food was normal hotel food in a nice area .Loved our room on the bottom floor next to everything!!The rooms are old and not fully cleaned but we didn't care bc it wasn't anything horrible. The tvs are old also but we loved how big our room was.Would stay here again.Has a small bar & snack area plus coffee .

I loved my 2-night stay at this place. I've always preferred to stay at a Hyatt while traveling. The staff was welcoming and the service was exceptional. The location is convenient as well. The rooms were decent sized and clean. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fairly certain this is one of the old Amerisuites that got rebuilt into a Hyatt Place (therefore not a new construction Hyatt select service hotel). The rooms are a little dated and worn in some parts. Other than one incident where I opened the couch bed and found an unwrapped Kit Kat bar (unexpired and fully edible), I've had no issues with cleanliness or anything that would interfere with "clean bed and a hot shower."TVs and electronics are a little dated but I hooked up a Roku TV stick with no fuss.On one occasion they made a Hyatt Globalist gift bag for me. There was a Hershey bar and other small convenience things. Nice touch.Edit: review was meant to be a 5 star. 5 stars from me means a trustworthy stay based on cleanliness and hospitality. They deserve some kudos here for the overall cleanliness and the wayward Kit Kat bar was accepted by myself in good humor as an in room minibar add on that I was not charged for. Perhaps they should just leave a Kit Kat bar under every Globalist member's pillows.Walkability: It's Mt. Laurel you're not walking anywhere.Food & drinks: Convenience store in the hotel was more well stocked than most other hotels in that price bracket.

I have stayed this hotel multiple times because it's tied to my school. I got here and spent over an hour checking in - front desk having my dad emails and re-submit his card authorization over and over and OVER again. First it was wrong state then my name didn't exactly match, etc.. telling me @you could be anyone- having the exact same last name on the card and hearing my dad struggle to fill out the form. Absolutely no compassion... the desk demeanor just like "oh well" When I obviously am overtired from driving hours and hours, the people at the desk gave me an attitude- despite informing Hyatt WAY IN ADVANCE I was using my parents card to hold as well as keep -the room. Having done this MULTIPLE TIMES before. Having stayed at this exact hotel with the exact card on file several times. Having a literal member # - Hyatt was Suppsed to have sent the form in advance if it needed to be filled out. But they had told me that was only if I was using a different card than the one I used to hold the room when I booked it. To try to avoid it more delay, We said just use the one on file. And NOPE. " you could be anyone" despite my ID and the credit card having the same last name and hearing my parents on speakerphone for an hour... clocked in at in over an hour still waiting here to be able to go to my room! positive* they gave me a king instead of a double bed * thanks. I completely understand policies of places I have to enforce them where I work, but be nice.

3 day work trip: Outside presentation looked great, inside is somewhat dated, rooms were ok, You can see wear and tear in rooms in minor ways, air conditioning was not easily turned up,elevator inside and the button panels could have been wiped more often.

Checked in less than two hours ago, see what I have found: dusty nightstand, broken telephone, dirty sheet with footprint, and dirty pillow with a long hair on it. Disappointing and disgusting.

The location is so good. Close to restaurants on both sides, the mall, and freeways. Free and easy parking. Very clean hotel. You can tell a lot about the hotel if you look at the stairwells - these stairwells were spotless. Overall, the stay was great and would totally stay here again.
