DON'T BUY A DISHWASHER FROM HOME DEPOT UNTIL YOU READ THIS My husband and I ordered a new Frigidaire refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. Delivery occurred on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Upon arrival the delivery men announced that they could NOT install the new dishwasher because it was "hardwired" and that we needed to hire an outside plumber to do the install.?? They directly said that "this happens all the time with Home Depot. They never tell the customers." I was sort of stunned that they refused to install it despite Home Depot charging me for install and didn't know what to do. I said to my husband maybe we should just refuse the dishwasher, but the delivery men cautioned me against that indicating that was only if the product was damaged. The delivery men left the old dishwasher in place and the new dishwasher wrapped up in my garage and departed. It took me (3) tries to find a plumber who had availability and would do the install. However on August 21, 2021 when the plumber unwrapped the new dishwasher, it was a top mount instead of side mount!!! The salesman had asked us about this and my husband and I SPECIFICALLY told him that we had granite countertops and needed a side mount dishwasher. I'm fully aware of the difference between side mount and top mount and the install requirements for each. In fact, Home Depot's salesman steered us away from ordering the dishwasher we originally wanted because he claimed it could only be top mounted. Back to the install, my plumber told me that although the specified preferred method of installation was top mount, he could try to install it with side brackets, but none had been included. I immediately called Home Depot looking for the side brackets and was told that Home Depot never carries any of the install parts, they always have to be special ordered. Thus, I found the mounting brackets on Amazon and the plumber had to return again on August 24, 2021 to do the side mount install. Bear in mind that the Home Depot paperwork indicates that the appliance is unreturnable once delivered - and the delivery service counseled me AGAINST refusing delivery of the dishwasher. In the end, it cost me (3) times the original amount to install the dishwasher - AND ITS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT DISHWASHER!! OR EVEN INSTALLED IN THE CORRECT PERFERRED MANNER!! I am so disgusted with the whole Home Depot experience.

Home Depot in Mt. Laurel has the worst customer service. I took my 73 year old Mom to buy a washer and dryer 6 months ago. Since then she has been shafted by Home Depot and/or their delivery partner. We were told a new vent was required and paid for it. I don’t recall if delivery and installation were free or if cost money. A sensor indicated the flow was bad. Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. I ordered a washing machine from Home Depot. I had an appointment for 2/22 for delivery, removal of old machine and hook up of new machine. Took about 10 days, which is fine, but this was my experience. It was supposed to be delivered between 1230-430 pm, it was delivered at 11am with no notice or phone call, fine....not an issue unless I wasn’t home. I love what this s****** company is doing....I replaced all my interior doors in the house over the past 6-7 months. After each door install, I noticed approximately 3-4 hinge screws missing. I know this was not an error b/c I purchased the doors over a 6 month period and from 3 separate locations. THE HOME DEPOT can kiss my butt bc I will never shop there again. Pretty lame money-saving tactic. There is another establishment, which is much better...Lowe's!! You s*** bags in orange can kiss my a**

I had a problem with a missing grill mfr shipped it UPS lost it. I called customer service and spoke to Theresa the nicest person you ever want to talk too. She understood my problem and she promised to take of it she said she throughly investigate it. Got back to me an hour later and found out UPS lost it. She reordered the grill for me and put a rush on it and gave me a discount for reordering it. She is the best employee at Home Depot I want to thank her for gold star customer service. You have any problems get a hold of Theresa.

What an absolutely horrible experience for something that should have been so simple! In these times of COVID 19 I decided to try curbside pick-up for the 1st time. It will definitely be my last shopping experience ever at Home Depot Mt. Laurel! I called the store as indicated when I arrived. An employee angrily waved at me from the curb while I was trying to speak to curbside pick up. She asked me what I was there for and screamed that I had to park in the numbered spots. I pulled away in the direction she was wildly waving her arms and saw no spots with numbers in the lot. I turned my attention back to man on the phone who asked me what number space I was in. I told him I did not see any number spaces. He told me to call back when I could figure out where they were. I told him he could cancel my order. I drove around the lot one more time and spotted the signs. You cannot see them when the 6 spaces are full so beware if you are going to attempt curbside pickup. I then called the manager and very politely explained my experience. You know how you can sometimes tell when people don't really care? I am also an essential worker and understand how scary it can be to just go to work but widespread rudeness from 3 different employees? I think there is a bigger problem at this Home Depot. Save yourself some trouble, stay away, go to Lowe's or just about anywhere else.

I waited 25 mins for a rep to come to there section that was full of customers that eventually all walked away. Once he finally came (after I waited an additional 5 mins & 4 calls over the loud speaker from customer service) they didn't even have the item I needed that was showing in stock online. NEVER AGAIN will I come here. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened at this location. I honestly wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could but I have to so this post will be seen.

Awful experience. I started my kitchen project 2 years ago and it is still not completed! I would never hire home depot to do another project in my home ever again! Incorrect parts have been delivered over and over again. Contractors have been out to put together the cabinets and have done a terrible job that I had to request that another contractor come out and fix the work that was already completed. I am still waiting on my pantry cabinet door to be delivered! On 2 separate occasions, I was told that replacement parts were ordered and the order was never placed! Again, delaying my kitchen project even more! It is not worth it, just hire a private contractor!!

UPDATE! Was given a delivery window for delivery & installation 1pm-5pm November 7th. Waited around allll day, no one came or called. At 6pm I called them, apparently the driver was running behind but my washer & dryer is on the truck & still on the way, that's fine as long as I get my order that day... wrong, I called again all night & still was told at 1130pm the delivery is still coming... clearly not true, I never received a call update. I called again November 8th first thing in the morning to find out my delivery has been updated to December 4th... almost a month later... I called a sales rep & they said unfortunately yesterday was just an "estimated delivery" now the washer & dryer I bought is on back order & was never on the truck. RIDICULOUS! After going through the worst experience trying to buy a washer & dryer from Sears in Moorestown, my husband & I decided to come here to try to buy the same exact models. Our sales rep Warren was very nice & helpful. We ended up buying the same exact washer & dryer for $600 cheaperwith a faster delivery time, with better customer service. My husband & I are so relieved after going through over 3 weeks of screw ups from sears . We will be back for any other appliances!

Awful experience. I started my kitchen project 2 years ago and it is still not completed! I would never hire home depot to do another project in my home ever again! Incorrect parts have been delivered over and over again. Contractors have been out to put together the cabinets and have done a terrible job that I had to request that another contractor come out and fix the work that was already completed. I am still waiting on my pantry cabinet door to be delivered! On 2 separate occasions, I was told that replacement parts were ordered and the order was never placed!
