“This is by far the best furniture company in America where you can order high quality, luxury furniture from Europe. We had a ceramic dining table and chairs made in Italy delivered. Team of 4 showed up to install with white glove service. Product exactly as pictured and made flawless.So we ordered a desk but needed a custom size. No problem. They hired a special team to assemble the desk to ensure quality.The desk is flawless and just stunning.Steve has been most responsive and helpful in getting exactly what we wanted. This is my first retailer for any furniture needs. Thank you!”
“I went to the Burlington, NJ store off of 541 with my mom because she wanted to order a new dining room table. As soon as we walked in, Tynaria greeted us. I don’t write reviews often, but I am today because Tynaria was ABSOLUTELY incredible. She was super friendly and very personable (and a fellow Gemini). Furniture shopping can be tedious, but she made the experience so wonderful for me and my mom. But there’s a catch … she admitted it was only her SECOND DAY working there. I was blown away. You’d think she’d been there for months or years! She’s knowledgable and honest and doesn’t try to force sales, but I will say she almost convinced me to buy a $2k bed set. That’s how effective she is. We didn’t feel uncomfortable or as if only the sale matters. She is just wonderful. I also want to spotlight Maureen. I don’t know if she’s the store manager, but since it was Tynaria’s second day, she ran and got Maureen to help punch sale numbers for us and I saw how sweet, helpful and respectful she was to Tynaria. The entire experience shows me how great this location is, and how solid the dynamic is amongst workers. My mom and I plan to come back now. We used to show at Macy’s/Home Goods/Wayfair/IKEA for furniture, but this experience is worth coming back for, and also worth the money! Many thanks!!!”

“I made a very large purchase in Francesca’s in the Marlton Promenade ystrdy, although intending to buy just a pair of earrings ; I used to shop there all the time before moving 45 min away,so not so much in the last several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was the only customer in the store & better still, a lovely young lady to wait on me ! Lillianne did everything she could to ensure that my shopping experience was a success & I was/am very appreciative !!I get lost in the big department stores & if I was tech savvy I wud have shopped online, but I also wanted to try things on so there wud be no cause for returns, plus Francesca’s is just my size, not too big & just the right boutique size. I got 30% off on most of my purchases but wen I looked online this morning I saw that things were 70% off online. ?. A larger discount after driving to the store, taking the time to choose my purchases, tried on clothing, wud have been really nice; I don’t like the fact that I did not get the same discount as the online shoppers, not even close.My point is, I spent more money than if I had shopped Francesca’s online bc they have a lot of nice things that sit on shelving that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. You wouldn’t believe how many small things Fran’s has that are great stocking stuffers !Hope this review helped someone !Merry Christmas !?”

“Y'all, color me impressed and in awe. I went to Jo-Ann's with two of my squares to color match. I was nervous because I started working on these squares over a year and a half ago. I could not find the colors anywhere. An employee asked me what I was looking for. I told her the and brand showed her the color. Without missing a beat she knew exactly where it was and what it was. She did that for two of my squares! She needs some flare added to her apron. ?”
