Had a good experience with the salesman that I bought the car from (Sam McGee) As far as the financial guy, (Dan Balling) he is not good at returning emails. I guess once they make the sale they pay you no mind.

I have been coming to Holman for service for years. Each time it seems you have fined tuned the process to maximize efficiency. My service rep, Don, was great. He was, professional, patient and took time to answer my questions. I love the texting as the car is being serviced and the video from the technician was thorough and clear. Her recommendations were reasonable and honest. The payment process at the end was new to me and what a time saver. Thanks for being a trustworthy facility which is not easy to find in this day and age!

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire alignment, and a slight issue with my parking brake. When scheduling, I chose to wait for service. This was my first time at this dealership, but I have done this at several others with no problem waiting 2-3 hours. When I got there, I was brought to speak with a women with blonde hair and bold eyebrows, wish I got her name. She asked if I was waiting today and I told her yes that’s how I scheduled. She told me most of her team leaves at 4 so I would have to wait a while. I asked how long. Prepared to wait 3 hours. She told me it would be at least 4 hours, an hour until I got into the shop, an hour for diagnostic, hour for oils change and 1.5 hours for an alignment. I reiterated that I had an appointment. She said “like a doctors office” the appointment just guarantees they service my vehicle today. That’s not how a doctors office works but I didn’t argue. I said I can’t wait that long. And she said you’re more than welcome to leave.I’ll go back to Liberty, they’ve never given me attitude or more than a 2 hour wait.

If you’re looking for a dealership to do business with, keep looking. I came with my son to purchase a used car off their lot. The salesperson was actually quite nice and somewhat knowledgeable although I’m not sure I got the best deal. It all fell apart when a smug, somewhat disrespectful junior manager named Sebastian came over to discuss our pending deal. I asked for 48 hrs for them to hold the car while I retrieved the title for the trade in and to get a cashier’s check since I was paying cash, yes cash. In a very shut down, non-accommodating fashion this rather inexperienced smug manager said they couldn’t hold the car unless I had all the documents. Mind you, the car had been on their lot for 60 days! However, they could not hold it for 48 hours! Such poor customer service I was so glad to walk out and buy a vehicle elsewhere. I have purchased Range Rover, Bentley, Porsche but I guess this is what happens when you deal with small minded low budget outfits like Holman.

Doug Priestley was great!! He thoroughly explained the various models making my choice easy. I was 100% confident I made the right model decision based on my needs and his product knowledge. I was apprehensive going to the dealership based on past experiences with car salesmen (Not Holman). Doug's easy going honesty was immediately evident and instantly put me at ease. Doug also kept me informed by text before I returned the next day. I have never met such a great salesman, like Doug, before Thursday. Holman is very lucky to have him on the team!Holman Toyota is a class dealership because of their staff. Great employees are very very hard to find today. Somehow, Holman assembled a great team and it shows when you walk into the dealership.I will recommend Doug and Holman to everyone I meet. A Great Place.

There were a lot of trials and tribulations on my end during my time purchasing a car from Holman. My salesperson, Lucy, was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and kind, something I really needed during that time. She worked around my busy schedule, sacrificing her own time to help me out. She was very attentive to my needs. I couldn’t be happier. She’s amazing. I’ve only had the car for two days now and everything seems great. I’ll give an update in a few weeks. But overall, I had a great experience with Holman Toyota.This is the update I promised in my initial comment. In my initial post I praised the salesperson I worked with and my overall experience at Holman. Some things have changed since then:About a month ago, I purchased my first car at Holman Toyota, a 2021 Nissan Altima. The car was exactly what I was looking for, but online, the Carfax stated that there was minor damage. When I called to check on the car's availability, I made sure to ask about the damage and I was told that it was something very minor and cosmetic. When I actually inspected the car in person there were some dings and chipping in the paint (which were poorly covered up) but I was buying a used car and wasn't expecting perfection. The test drive was awesome and I was confident in signing the papers to make my purchase.About 2 days after I purchased the car, I was driving going about 55 mph and all of a sudden my car started to brake. This car was quite an upgrade for me. My previous car was a 2010 Honda Accord with an emergency brake that I actually had to pull if needed. My new car doesn't have that, so when the braking started I was very confused. I pulled over and immediately read the owner's manual to identify the alerts that I saw. I read that there could be a possible blockage of my front sensor which causes the e-brake to trigger. The manual said that it could be something as simple as bugs, so before I pulled off again I wiped down the front of my car.The wipe down fixed nothing, and ever since then, an alert will pop up on my dash saying that my front sensor is being blocked. This happens every trip I take at random. My car has started stopping 3 times so far as I was driving on the highway. I've resorted to turning the sensor off, essentially disabling my emergency brake as well.Because my car is still under warranty with Nissan, I took it to a Nissan dealership to be looked at. I read online that this is a known issue with Nissan cars, so I wasn't too worried about it not being able to be fixed. When they were done servicing my car, they let me know that they reset everything and that I shouldn't have any further problems. The same day, while driving down 295, the alert popped up again. Once again, I had to drive with my front sensor disabled. I rescheduled with Nissan, still thinking that I just had a faulty sensor. On this second visit, I was informed that the car was clearly in some kind of accident that caused damage to the front of the car. When they repaired the car, they cut a lot of corners. Wires are being held up by what looks like a zip tie to me, and I was told that the sensor is 3 inches off of where it should be. Unless this is fixed, I will always have this issue. This damage is in no way "minor".Holman Toyota should be ashamed. This isn't just about selling cars. God forbid my car starts braking at random and causes an accident. God forbid I need my emergency brake but I don't have it because I had to disable the sensor for my safety. I'm screwed all together and my safety is constantly at risk. It's either no emergency brake or having my car stop at random.I've scheduled an appointment with Holman for Saturday. I'm very interested to see how they handle this situation. I am disgusted and very disappointed. I'll update again after Saturday.I'm going to include the picture Nissan took of the bad repair as well.Be mindful when purchasing a vehicle at Holman Toyota. We were greeted promptly and friendly and met our sales person Ralph Bantiviglio who was very professional and friendly. The dealership was very clean. Ralph showed us the car, laid everything out, answered all our questions and insure the few things we noticed about the car were fixed. financing got us a good rate and were very easy to deal with. A bonus was getting a used car that was previously bought and serviced at Holman so our confidence was high that it was in good condition. We were very pleased with the car buying experience at Holman and are enjoying our new car! Thank you!

My check engine light came on so I came by the service shop. Rich was great! Friendly and communicative through the entire diagnostic, service, and checkout process. The tech (sorry, I don't know the name) explained everything comprehensively in a way I could understand. They made a normally stressful process very calm and manageable for me. Much appreciated.

DJ embodies the Holman values and principles, I felt the Holman Experience we talk about and strive for in every interaction. He listened to me, made me feel appreciated an valued, offered advice and was knowledgeable. The check in and check out process was flawless. Every few months when I come in for service I feel like he already knows who I am, and it feels great!! He even called out a conversation we had about a part order the last time I was in. I am someone at Holman Toyota, not just another customer that just walked into a service counter :). Holman Toyota is lucky to have DJ as a client facing partner.

Paul Humphreys helped me purchase my new car and he was so very helpful and kind. He walked me through everything! I had to order my new car because it was not available on the lot and Paul was always quick to respond when I had questions regarding the status of my car’s location/arrival at the dealership. Donald Ferguson also helped me out very much and showed the same amount of kindness and helpfulness! I would definitely recommend Holman Toyota to anyone buying a car!

I called the dealer and got ahold of Lucy. Since the moment we spoke on the phone Lucy was helpful, kind and extremely easy to work with. She had the vehicle ready for me to test drive before I pulled into the lot. I bought the car the same day and the entire process was seamless. Thank you Lucy!!Joe in finance was just as helpful! He made sure I was aware of my options and did not push for anything further. Stellar experience overall!

Gavin was amazing. He was welcoming and NOT annoyingly aggressive or pushy, and NOT too passive. It felt like I was working with a friend right from the beginning. He listened to what I was looking for and my limits, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and procedures and everything. He showed me what I wanted to see and made great suggestions. He was patient with all of my questions and requests. He also explained everything completely clearly and addressed all of my questions directly and made me feel like I was in great hands with him. His knowledge of procedures and vehicles was thorough and comforting. His demeanor was very pleasant and real. He was very professional and very responsive to texts and calls during the process. I did go to a number of other places after visiting Holman Toyota the first day, but the comfort level and expertise I found with Gavin brought me straight back to him and Holman Toyota. Even if there was no car there that day, I knew I wanted to work with Gavin. When it came to finalizing things, Jordan was terrific as well! He explained everything clearly, was friendly and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I am still anxious about how this car will be doing in a few weeks, but am cautiously confident it will be exactly as Gavin explained and as I hope.
