What type of employee kicks an 11yo girl out into 6 degree weather after dark and doesn’t allow them to use the phone to contact her parents because the school bus dropped her off at the wrong stop? The one that works here named Melissa. Sent my child out onto busy RT 38 where she could have been hit by a car, or worst picked up. Granted this was the bus transportations mistake. It should be common curtesy not to send a young child out into the busy city alone in the midst of winter after dark! You hold onto that child until they are with a parent or safe person. So my child walked 2.2 miles to the library to be able to use a phone. I’m disgusted. She openly admitted to me that “my daughter isn’t a guest therefore not allowed to be there and she should have got back on the bus.” She’s 11!!!!! Then when I brought it to the “manager” Melissa’s attention she denied that would ever happen. So now my daughters a liar and walked in the single digit temps in the dark down the side of a 6 lane highway basically for fun?! Lawsuit coming. I am beyond disgusted in the lack of humanity and empathy these type of people have. To treat a child such a way is sickening!!!! And I’m a diamond member at that. Wow. Just wow.

If you are ever staying at this hotel DO NOT book the room 126 or and room close to it. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and EVERY and I mean EVERY morning at 4:00 am the hospitality staff was preparing for their day. I understand that they are doing their job but at the same time the guests are trying to sleep. It’s uncalled for and now I need to drive 7 hours very tired and drained. . I loved the hotel but still undecided if I’ll be back….

I got in early and my room was ready. The people were great with helping me get settled. Also when I had a problem it was rectified immediately.Rooms: Nice rooms which are relatively new. People are very helpful and were eager to help.Food & drinks: Many amenities for food and drink within a mile. Grocery, fast food and full service restaurants very close by.

We have stayed here a few times due to having family in the area and it has been a great experience every time. The location is convenient to 295 & the turnpike, but not so close that all you hear are trucks going by all day and night. Most recently, we stayed here and left an item behind and didn't realize until we were too far to turn back. We reached out to the hotel and they located our item and explained to us how to send a shipping label and assured us that they'd ship it back to us. We left on a Monday morning and received the item in the mail on Wednesday morning. We can't thank the employees enough for their hospitality and help with the situation!

Melissa on night shift is always the worst. No customer service skills. We come to the this hotel almost every other month and she is always rude and there is almost always a "problem" at check in time. But when it is any other employee check ins are smooth.

Stayed here a week and it was great.4th floor is very quiet. Elevators are a little slow but the stairs work great and are carpeted.Breakfast was good and changed some day to day. Impressive to see toppings put out for the waffle, and oatmeal. Eggs were always a bit too salty, but I assume these come pre-made and are heated onsite.Loved the little details like swing away covers for the room door peepholes. The pillows were great too.Only oddities with my room (416): Nowhere to hang clothing. One bathroom tiles is much lower than its neighbors (a risk for a broken toe). And poor lighting when it's dark out.

Expectations were not met. Despite being "renovated" in April, the room had issues. The bathroom/closet door was mostly stuck. The wall hangar was broken and what's left of it is nearly coming out of the wall. There was visible unsanded primer on top of paint throughout the room. The room smelled of primer/paint. The door catch is loose. Overall it seemed like the hotel went for the cheapest renovation option, and got bad quality as a result.I had to pull out the refrigerator to turn the knob since it was off. The topping point for me was despite seeing photos of a pool, there is no pool.I recommend the cleaning staff be trained to detect and report the maintenance issues so they can be proactively resolved. If this has been or is the practice, then maintenance or management is not doing a good job responding. It was not worth it to me to debate the issues or change rooms of the level of quality was considered acceptable, as it spoke to what I should expect in other rooms. I left the hotel after two nights (weeklong stay) to stay somewhere else, which is a first in my life. The bed is much firmer than I prefer, but that is just a preference. Breakfast and the staff were great. The first floor common areas were nice, clean, and appeared to be well-maintained.

I booked a room for me and my boyfriend through a site called Super. However, prior to booking I did a Google search on the hotel. I searched for hotels with pools and this one came up, with pictures of a pool. To our surprise when we got there we found out that they are currently turning the pool area into a conference room. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. I spoke with front desk about it and they basically said there was nothing they could do.Then we got to our room, on the 3rd floor, which had a STRONG ODOR of dog. I'm aware that pets are allowed, but there usually isn't an odor this strong. We tried to ignore it. Then we turned the AC on for the night and within 20 min my nose stuffed up and my boyfriend began to cough. Prior to being in this room we were fine. Neither of us had been sick all summer, all year for that matter. We think there could possibly be mold in the ac unit but could be wrong. They switched our room the next morning after i spoke with the front desk and it was a huge difference in smell. The damage was already done for my nose but my boyfriend wasn't coughing anymore. It still sucks that nothing can be done about the false advertising of a pool when there isn't one. Especially since I paid close to $400 for just 2 nights.4/10 wouldn't recommend

Right off the highway, we got a first floor room that actually had ~12-15’ ceilings which was super elegant. Blackout curtains hid the car lights and it was well insulated from sound. We were right next to breakfast bar and couldn’t hear a thing.

Too close to the highway. We were hearing traffic well into the night. The provided continental breakfast was my first where the scrambled eggs were edible. But guys... the hotel needs an omelet station.
