Melissa on night shift is always the worst. No customer service skills. We come to the this hotel almost every other month and she is always rude and there is almost always a "problem" at check in time. But when it is any other employee check ins are smooth.

Great place for us on the way from New York to Washington DC. We stop by at Moorestown to visit friend and this hotel is so comfortable with free breakfast. Yum...yum...
