The rest of the staffs are nice except one Old Lady her name is Sue!! She’s very rude she’s giving us attitude. Very Unprofessional.

I don’t think any action was taken after all these 1 star reviews. They are really bad at how they see and treat few customers. Worst experience.. the great clips near my house is like heaven compared to this store.. they may be in bad mood but they should not show it in work or with customers

Worst experience ever. Instead of coming to check me in, the stylist just stood there and ignored me. When others came in, she signed them in immediately. She took someone off the list and told me to wait 60 min. Very unprofessional. She ignores people and has a nasty, snobby attitude. I walked out. I will never go there again.

Terrible Customer Service - Walked OutI had a highly disappointing experience at Great Clip recently when I took my kid for haircuts. The customer service we encountered was so abysmal that we ultimately decided to walk out without receiving any service. I feel compelled to share my experience to alert others about the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff.From the moment we entered the barber shop, it was evident that the two ladies responsible for cutting hair had no interest in providing a welcoming environment. They were consistently rude and displayed a complete lack of courtesy towards my children and me. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with young children who need reassurance and a positive experience.Despite our attempt to remain patient, the disrespect continued throughout our short time there. The stylists seemed disinterested in listening to our requests and preferences. Their lack of engagement and dismissive attitude made it clear that they had no intention of providing quality service.Feeling incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected, we made the decision to leave the establishment. It is disheartening to witness such poor customer service, and it reflects poorly on Great Clip's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.As a concerned parent and customer, I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting Great Clips. The staff's rude behavior and complete disregard for customer service are not qualities one expects when seeking a reputable barber shop. It is essential for businesses to prioritize creating a welcoming and respectful environment for their customers.I hope that Great Clips takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve their customer service standards. No one should have to endure such disrespectful treatment during what should be a routine and enjoyable experience.

Went here two years ago. Got the best haircut I ever had. I had just gotten out of the hospital and my hair was a mess. It took me two years to get back again. So, yesterday I went. I was a bit late but they got me in. Excellent people excellent cut excellent price. I'm determined to go evey month or so instead of two years. VERY professional and VERY nice people who are nice to talk to and VERY helpful with my trouble walking and standing up. Definitely get your hair cut here. Such a great experience for a high anxiety person like me!

SAD experience... I usually don't go here or any Great Clips but had to get a haircut in a hurry as my usual place was closed.Great Clips - nothing great about it... SORRY.The woman who gave the cut was least interested, she was just talking her colleagues throughout the time least bothered to share a simple greeting with me, forget about small talk or a professional gesture.She did not do simple things right... no tape around my neck before wrapping the sheet. She didn't bother clearing cut hair particles off my face after everything was done. Didn't even bother showing the back of my head in the mirror as a curtesy check. Thankfully she told me it was done... and asked how does it look.She didn't blow the hair dry after spraying my hair wet (beyond just wet by the way.... I almost had a shower - no kidding)My usual place charges similar price but they blow dry, set my hair and even offer to apply some product...Finally the most important thing... the finish and quality of my cut... it was not satisfying at all... it was a horrible experience.For the service I received, I even tipped the lady well (reluctantly).Needless to say, I am never going back there, or any other great clips.Service: Haircut

Really rude employees. Gave me the fastest and worst haircut. I think the Fat lady doesn't want to be there. I also took my son for the haircut but the lady was giving us rude Karen looks because he(3 years old ) was singing a song. Never going back and will tell people to stay away from it. Go to another hair salon please.

I've had a haircut with Dawn who claims that she has been doing hair for 30+ years. I showed photos on my phone of how I want my hair cut. She was rude and totally dismissed my request by saying "she does not need to look at the pictures, since she knows my numbers; they are in the system". Dawn completely screwed my hair up! A person who does not listen to and honor reasonable wishes of the customers should not be in a service industry. If I was the owner of this business I would fire her on the spot. The fact a "professional" with 30+ years of experience does not understand that hair styling is more of an art and design, not just numbers and cookie-cutting, should tell you everything you need to know about Dawn.
