Matt was super helpful today. He walked me through the election of a putter, wedge, and driver. He took his time and explained my novice questions and really went above and beyond.

Walked into my local golf galaxy mt laurel nj. Already to by new driver and 3 wood. I’m an avid women golfer with a 16 handicap. Not one and I mean not one man there wanted to wait on me. One salesman was so enthusiastic to help the man next to me walked right past me they talked he took him right to the simulator. When I finally got a salesman he treated me like a nobody. I turned handed him his club and walked right out. Will never go back.

I’ve read reviews on here about horrible customer service. My experience there was the absolute opposite. I’m new to golf, just started last year and scheduled an iron fitting to get a set that was more comfortable to me and would help me perform better. A gentleman named John did my fitting and he was awesome. He didn’t judge me, in fact it was almost like a I had lesson for my entire fitting. He gave me a lot of advice and pointers along the way. I walked out of there with a better swing and a set of clubs that I not only felt comfortable with, but stayed in price range. Thank you guys for my experience there this morning!

Unless you look like you fit the part. You won't get any customer service. I came in to spend around 3k for a full set and clothe with shoes for a tournament i was in. No one ever came to me and asked me if I needed help. Everyone stood behind the counter talking or on their phone. I guess because I had some bright yellow Fila sneakers and rip jeans and a t shirt. I literally stood next to the simulator, waiting to test out some clubs. But as soon as some one who looked like they played golf. Of course, they came over to help them.

If you are a left handed golfer and are looking for clubs, let me save you some time, they have the most pathetic left handed club selection I’ve ever seen. I understand left handed golfers only make up roughly 15-20 percent of golfers, but that’s no excuse to not have any left handed clubs. Get it together Golf Galaxy.

The iron fitting was worthless. I only tried 1 iron, he never tried different shafts or club heads to see if there was any difference. I was told I don't play enough to determine any customization to the clubs which was the whole reason I booked the iron fitting. Enjoy my $100 because I will never spend another dollar at Golf Galaxy.

Been here a couple times looking at clubs. No one says one word to me, even to welcome me to the store and let me know someone may be available for assistance. Once I was planning to purchase a complete set of clubs! Purchased elsewhere.

Nice selection but the store is so hot. Couldn't hit clubs because of the heat in the store.

It's a shame corporate hasn't done anything about this location after years of terrible reviews. The people working in there are just about the EXACT opposite of what you want in customer service (with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 people). If you look younger, as in under 35, man just forget it! They treat you like you aren't worth their time, no matter how nice you are to them. I've actually driven the 40 minutes across the bridge to the next closest GG. You can't even try clubs in there without a charge unless you're purchasing. Just an absolute shame, and a black eye for Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy.

Golf Galaxy I'm looking to purchase a golf laser range finder. I visit the Oxford Valley store to see their inventory. Their display is poor w only three models of mid price range finders. There are two models out of stock. I ask a sales person who I see quite often in the store about information on the models they have expecting him to give me pros and cons of each. He hesitantly tells me their stock is low right now and looks to see what they have. He offers me the high end finders and I tell him I'm not interested in spending that much as this will be my first one and feel, that I need to start with one that isn't so complicated and again want a mid price range unit. He pretty much just walks away leaving me standing there. Fine! I guess you don't want to make a sale. Good bye! Later that day I visit the Mt Laurel store. There they have a full selection of their inventory. I ask an employee that is in the club repair section who asks me if they can help me that I would like information on range finders. He tells me he is not really versed with the range finders and suggests I ask the sales person at the front of the store as he definitely knows more and can help me. I wait for the other salesman to finish helping another customer and tell him I'm here to buy a range finder but would like to hear the pros and cons of each. He gives me the same line and the first salesman. Sorry I really don't know very much about them and suggests I return later in the week to speak w the golf pro, he tells me his hours and hands me his business card. So, here's another store that apparently doesn't want to take the time to make a sale. Also, sale price tags that have expired are still advertised on the items. I made mention to the second salesman who just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. If I were a sales person w/o knowledge or limited knowledge I would take the time w the customer and look over the products together, learning and trying to make a sale. Worse come to worse I would help them make somewhat of a decision have them buy and if not satisfied make a return. The only reason I gave one star was the Mt Laurel store having at least one model of each they carry. Will I drive back to see the pro for information or try again to buy one from Golf Galaxy? Hell NO!!!!
