Horrible. Soulless. Inadequate customer service. The LO we worked with was a joke. If you're looking for a lender who specializes in FHA or VA loans go to Mortgage Solutions Financial. You'll be in better hands with MSF or frankly anyone else BUT Freedom Mortgage.
