My loan officer Paul t was the greatest I will recommend them 110%. He went way beyond his ability to make this loan go through to closing. He is the best. Even though it was a hard one to go to closing, he made it work unbelievable. Don't know how he did it, but he is very good at what he does. Thanks again, Paul.

Was in the area and drove past this place this afternoon. Not a single car in the parking lot. Thinking it odd, I pulled into the lot to take a closer look. Everything was dark and not a soul in sight! Hopefully they closed and are gone for good! I worked here some years ago, and it was awful! Karma is REAL and if your lucky, God let’s you watch????????????????????

TL;DR, my opinion? Don't use freedom mortgage as your lender. This is my 4th mortgage application in 2 years, and it has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I could go on and on about the redundancy office of redundancy they have going on here. Our first loan officer was impossible to get in touch with. Our loan application has been kicked around to 3 different loan officers, and each time, it was like NONE of the documents we already submitted got carried over, so I've submitted the same documents 3, 4, even 5 times. With myself and my brother applying for the loan, ANY mortgage lender would've been able to tell us we couldn't qualify for our original preapproval amount due to debt/income ratio, but our LO told us we should be good, gave us a prequal letter that showed our buying power and we used that to get under contract.2 weeks before closing, we're told that our debt/income is too high on paper. At this point, we opt to add my wife as a signer on the loan to lower the ratio, BUT WAIT! We can't just add her to the application since we're locked in on the interest rate. So 2 weeks before closing, we have to start AN ENTIRELY NEW LOAN APPLICATION, 15 days from our contractual closing date. We're told me and my brother's documents will just be carried over to the new application and that we need to submit all the documents for my wife which we do same day.No news is good news for a while right?3 days before closing, ANOTHER LO has taken over our application and tells us we won't be able to close on time and suddenly, we need a LAUNDRY LIST of documents. 3 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING.Luckily our contract has a 7 day buffer period to provide funding. Now, 3 days before our EXTENDED CLOSING DATE, they still need more info and they need to source a large deposit in one of our accounts that came from ANOTHER ACCOUNT THAT IVE SUBMITTED STATEMENTS FOR 3 TIMES ALREADY.Today, 2 days before extended closing, theyre still trying to verify my brother's previous employment even though his 2021 tax return and W2 both clearly show that he was employed at that job during 2021.I have never dealt with such incompetence and mismanagement in my life.UPDATE 1/4/2023: So now 3 weeks past our original closing date, FM tells us that they cannot approve the HOA because the HOAs insurance agency cant provide a total cost analysis to replace EVERY building on the property and not just the quadruplex that our unit is in, even though I spoke to the insurance agency and they provided a certificate of insurance that showed the HOA had coverage for the entire property. For this reason, our loan application was denied and we are now left to either break contract and lose our due diligence money or hope the sellers will agree to ANOTHER extension so we can secure funding from another lender.Absolutely abysmal. Don't use this company for a mortgage.

My husband and I received a call from a representative of Freedom Mortgage. We started not to answer the call but, decided to. The young lady on the other end of the telephone asked us if we would be interested in refinancing our mortgage. At first we said no but the lady on the other end kept talking and told us what Freedom Mortgage could do for us. Well, we listened and decided to go ahead and try with the refinance. At the same time my husband and I said to each other, oh well, all they can do is tell us that they can not help us like others have done in the past. Well and behold, We got a positive response. We could be helped in having our home refinanced. After the approval to move on with the refinance, an appointment to have Mike from Freedom Mortgage come to out home was arranged. Mike created an application of all of our information that needed to be submitted. Mike was very professional and patient when it came to us gathering our information. After our visit from Mike, We received a call from Kareem Smith. I have to say that Kareem was also very professional and most of all was very caring when it came to us getting this refinance. Kareem told us everything step by step. When we felt discouraged, Kareem lifted us right back up by saying, Do not give up and telling us that everything was moving as it should. I would recommend any and all that I come in contact with about Freedom Mortgage, but most of all to go through Kareem Smith. Thanks again for helping to make our life much easier. May God Bless you all.

Alyssa E. and Jasmine S. did an outstanding job with my refinance. Due to the pandemic, my credit score wasn’t high enough to do what I contacted Financial Freedom for however, they didn’t turn me away like other refinance companies. They provided me a program that allowed me to pay off ALL my debt to increase my credit score as well as get a lower interest rate and receive cash back. Both ladies were very friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.. They answered all my questions. They promptly returned my calls and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They stuck to the timeline Henry B. provided me & worked diligently to get me to closing in less than 30 days. My interaction with Henry B. was exactly the same. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to my mother who will be contacting them to refi her home. I will recommend them to anyone I know who wants to refi their home.

I engaged with Financial Freedom after being terribly dissapointed and feeling lost in the bigger firms that offer similar services. My experience with Financial Freedom was eye opening and allowed me to breathe. Our diwscussions were interactive, they listened to me, guided me and made me feel in control of the future. Not an easy task since I had so many questions and the more I engaged the more I felt free to take control. Thank you, I look forward to working with you as I move through my plan and ecventually into retirement. 5 STARS all the way!

Nadja Harris and her team are a very dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable and determined group of people. They kept me updated on a daily basis from the application of my Mortgage loan to the closing. I couldn't have accomplished my desire to refinance my mortgage loan without their dedication and determination. Financial Freedom Mortgage is the best. My sincere thanks to all of you.

This company called me today asking what they could do for me. I was confused because I did not recall calling them. I stated that I was already refinancing with a company and that I was in the underwriting phase, and besides I had already paid for an appraisal and I didn't want to have to pay for another one. The screener proceeded to tell me that it was not too late since I hadn’t closed, that an appraisal was free with them and that they could offer me a better rate, even after I disclosed my credit score. I decided to go ahead and see what they could offer me. When the loan officer got on the phone, she proceeded to ask me the same questions the screener spend 15 minutes asking me; and I immediately became annoyed. She said the appraisal was not free. First lie! She tried to convince me that I was making a poor financial decision and that a 30-year mortgage was better for me. She spent this time interrogating me about my credit history (remember I had already disclosed my credit score to them) and shaming me on my retirement savings and credit card debt. On top of everything else she was being sarcastic trying to disparage the financial company I did choose claiming she hadn’t heard of them and that I was in underwriting for two months, implying that I was not going to get the loan. (Note: I started the process with my financial company on Oct 26). In the end they never disclosed what they were offering me insisting that I had to make an appt with them so that they could present to me the terms “in person, in black and white”. I finally had to hang up as there was no rationalizing with this women. She was rude, sarcastic and downright disrespectful. I did not call them, they called me. I am shocked that anyone would talk to a person they were looking to do business with in this way. They prefaced every rude comment by saying they were trying to help me. It was downright disgusting as I saw right though the facade. Their only interest was trying to make money off of me. Be forewarned when dealing with this company. Mortgage companies should disclose the terms of the loan upfront. It’s the law!

Changes in employment status did not make us the greatest candidates for a refi. Diane and the team told me that they were there to work with folks like us, who were honest and hardworking, but not qualified in the eyes of some banks. I was skeptical at first - but everyone on the team, Cameron, Jasmine, etc., worked so hard to help us. Guess what? We qualified and even got cash out for some home improvements! They were friendly and courteous, and really took an interest in helping us. I feel like we have a brand new start! Thank you, FFM!!
