I needed a lot of guidance and suggestions for creating my Photo Collage..were it not for Jenn's knowledge, patience, creativity, great ideas and help I would not have been able to create the photo or purchase it. Jenn was solely responsible for my satisfaction in making the purchase and I will DEFINITELY be back to Jenn and Fed Ex for my continued custom printing/photo jobs. No matter how busy they may get customer service is never rushed. Jenn even left a conference call that she was on to spend as much time with me as I needed. I tell all my friends who are in awe of my photo collage where I got it from.

Jen helped me with a difficult print job. The formatting of the document was not created for the dimensions of the paper. She gave great suggestions and treated my problem like it was her own problem. The other staff are also friendly and seem to genuinely like being there.

The store manager (Jen I think) was super duper helpful. I had to mail my work laptop back to work to get fixed. The moment I walked in although she had a client still greeted me at the door. Her badge says she's been with FedEx since 1999 and it was obvious she was so thorough and helped me out (and yes I was struggling lol).

Dealt with Meghann today, and so couldn't be bothered with doing her job. Huffing and puffing when I brought the box in to ship out, and then told me in the most sarcastic way, to enjoy the rest of my day. I would 100% drive a few miles out of the way to never go here again

Employees inside 5 stars… pickup driver is an absolute a**hole. Employees inside said I could hand it right to him as it needed to go overnight, he laughed and said nah then tried telling me it wasn’t personal but kept laughing. The disrespect was incredible. The fact that he absolutely could have taken it but didn’t shows his character is that of bullfrog. Even employees inside agreed with me.
