Replaced my front caliper and didn’t bleed the line. I picked up my car around 515 on a Friday and it was clear as soon as I went to pull out of the lot that it wasn’t bled, nor had anyone test driven it. I had to employ help from friends and relatives to help me bleed it myself. I reached out and no one responded because they “are closed on weekends”. I finally got a call Monday AM, only to to tell me that they “don’t set out to do that”.

Rented an RV from them on a Friday, Unit broke down on Saturday, called Road side Assistance for Cruise America nothing they could do until MONDAY. Called Everett Johnson & Sons left message, never called back. When I spoke to them on Monday they said are not open on the weekend nor do they check messages. So, they just leave rental customers hanging on the weekends!!!! NICE CUSTOMER SERVICEPS. They did not refund all of my money. kept $35.61. Apparently they do not want repeat business.

I brought my conversion van with a built in generator for maintenance. After I got it back, the generator kept cutting off. It had not done this prior to the maintenance work. I called and his wife said it wasn't anything they did because all they did was maintenance on it. I called the company that made the generator and they said this has happened when the fuel filter may not be properly installed, or the clamp to the fuel line is loose allowing air into the line. I called the mechanic and told him what I was told and he said basically it wasn't anything he did and he was too overwhelmed with work to take a look at it but I would have to leave the vehicle there again for an undetermined period of time. I told him I needed the van and was willing to make an appointment to there while he looked at it. He wouldn't agree to that and again stated it wasn't anything he did & the generator mechanic was wrong.. He accused me of blaming him for something that wasn't his fault and I told him I paid for this work and I am the one that would be inconvenienced to drop off my vehicle and get rides back and forth. I will never use them again or recommend them. Now I have to pay another place to correct this problem.Service: General repairs & maintenance

When you own a large motorized RV, it is difficult to get service and repair work done since most RV dealers, and even the Ford/Chevy dealerships, do not have large enough service bays to accommodate the height and length of most motor homes. We broke down on the NJ Turnpike near Exit 6 and our Roadside Assistance arranged to have us towed all the way up to an Old Bridge Ford dealership - no where near our break-down location or home. Fortunately for us, the tow truck driver knew about Mount Laurel Auto Service, who also service and rent gas-engine RVs! The owners, Mike and Shirley, were great staying late to receive our unit. They diagnosed a tricky problem quickly, and repaired it for a lot less than we expected to pay. We have found our "forever" RV, auto and truck service center!!Services: Check engine light diagnostic
