This place is a absolute nightmare. The room service is horrible ?, you have to sign up to get service and they don't show up until hours later, the room had roaches, smells bad, the showers handles were malfunctioning, and the front desk people always seems to be in a bad mood. They'll curse you out and then ask you to leave. Very unprofessional. Smh this place is disgustingRooms: Smell bad and need to be updated. Mold, cracks, roaches, etcSafety: You won't have a good night sleep with the late night movement and noiseFood & drinks: They have drinks in a vending machine that's just about it

This place is awful. This is the first time I've ever checked into a hotel, and said "Oh GOD, I need to review this place". No smoking property, but my room smells like a family stayed here on vacation, and their vacation consisted of chain smoking cigarettes in their room.The comforter has 20 or so cigarette burns in it.The TV, for whatever ridiculous reason, is tilted up 30 degrees. I tried to pull it down flat, but it has 4, industrial bolts keeping it in that position.Both of the bedside stands have the drawer covers ripped completely off.There is a hole in the bathroom door which looks like it was repaired with cardboard and tape.Half of the room is broken, it smells ungodly in here, and I've already sited about 30 bugs.I decided to save $50 and stay here instead of the Comfort Inn across the street, and immediately regret my decision. Next time? Comfort Inn. I've stayed there most of my time on business here, but figured I'd save a few bucks. Oops.I'm 6'1" 240lbs, legally carry a firearm, and I feel unsafe here.

Once we opened the door to our room, it was like we interrupted the greatest roach party that ever existed. Roaches were crawling from the dresser and out of the drains. The room looked clean, but roaches are a no for me!

I wish i could give this place 0 stars.When i book this room for a family member and her 2 children.I went To check the room to make sure it was clean for them.I arrived and first thing I notice was dirty wall. I checked the bathroom and it was completely dark. The tub was black. I moved to check the sheets and they were stained and looked dirty. The room was not suitable for my cousin and her child and newborn.I spent less than 30 checking the room when i went to the lobby to check them out and get them a new hotel. I had to wait almost 20-30min in the lobby because there wasn’t a staff member at the front desk. Very unprofessional.I have Been fighting this hotel for a refund this whole weekend.I was Very disappointed and dissatisfied with these individuals and the room that was provided. I wish I would have taken pictures.

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS!! Terrible rooms as this was a last resort. The man at the front desk pocketed my money and wrote I received a refund on a receipt he never gave me from the start… That was my mistake. A woman woke me by banging on the door stating I stole the room and she would call the police! Twilight Zone, if you stay here make sure you have all of your paperwork because the late night guy will pocket your money!

Booked in Friday night 6/23. Now this hotel is located in the center of many other hotels that are first class service. Opened up door first thing I saw was cigarette burns on the top bed sheets,ripped off front cover to see cigarette burns on second cover. Went to front desk to change room the guy was sooo nice that he gave us another room and even walked us in the room only to find more cigarette burns in sheets dead spider on ice bucket half sparkled walls. The point is housekeeping clearly sees this but doesn't take those things out of service and as many of times you will see a apology from management after you post a review and nothing has changed over and over. These people who run this hotel have no training for cleanliness and don't care. Again there will be a apology to my review and nothing will change my advice don't stay there

NOT Pet friendly as per Choice Hotels Reservation App. Drove 90+ mins after researching & making reservations for 5 nights on a business trip. Called Choice Hotels Support line & was rebooted at another Pet Friendly motel for 5 nights & apon arrival they too were not a pet friendly motel. Choice Hotels needs to update its database of pet friendly motels ASAP.

I was in my room less than 3 hours. I found a dead roach under my pillow, the room wasn't clean, wet rags and towels in the tub. No toilet paper. Best part was, when I went to the front desk to try and check out/get a refund the guy was asleep in the lobby. He tried to charge my card several times while trying to "refund" me. So now I'm out almost 100$ with no place to stay. Thanks alot.

If you are on a budget, Econo Lodge is an excellent choice. Especially if you are going to visit Philly, given it’s proximity. Clean rooms, quiet space. It gets the job done. Room did not smell like smoke. Econo Lodge is a great option to consider if you look for something relatively inexpensive.

It was dirty! First room I was given had chewed up meat on the bed and the security bolt on the door did not work. I asked for another room. The security bolt work good and no meat on the bed, but it was just as dirty as the first room. The cleaning staff need to do a better job of cleaning. The bathroom wall was dirty as well as one of the towels.Rooms: That it was dirty!Safety: The door did not look secured to me. There was a couple fighting outside my doorI did not feel safe.Food & drinks: I did not dare eat their food after seeing the poor cleanliness in myroom.Noteworthy details: They had ver good WiFi! The only thing I liked.
