Best place for the Tire Rotation they took about 40 mins to do the job which was done perfect while i was shopping at Costco.
For all the Tesla owners who need the Tire Rotation for every 7k mile this is the Best place for Rotations.

I called to make an appointment, and I was told to just walk in as it works faster that way. I was surprised but listened to what they said. Came in this morning. After I paid, I was told it was going to be 2 hrs because I did not have an appointment. After 2 hrs, they did not even start working on my car yet. When I questioned, I faced a major attitude. I was told another 2 hours! After another 1/2 hr, they called and told me that I was asked to pay for the wrong tires. I wasted 2 1/2 hrs and the guys had a nasty attitude. I should have read the reviews before stepping foot into this place. They don't even deserve that 1 star. However, that is the only choice.

I had a great experience from start to finish, I ordered my tires online they were delivered to my choice of location (Mount Laurel) I was contacted once they arrived to make an appointment. I shopped while waiting for my car to be done I'd say about an hour and on a Sunday! Love the convenience of weekend availability, embarrassed to say my tires were bald because no dealership could accommodate my schedule.
Shout out to the very busy but pleasant front desk lady.

Interesting story. I ordered 4 tires and scheduled installation. Brought the car in at the next available time (5 days later on a Friday) and left it for the install. After about 1 1/2 hours later I get the call that they only had 3 available. Apparently one of mine was given to someone else for a warranty replacement. Now they would have to order another tire for me. Frustrating for the time lost. Had they called and let me know they needed to order another tire it would have been more bearable and I wouldn't have had to travel and wait an hour and a half. After making a few calls after I left on the initial install day, I received a call from the store manager. They wanted to make things right. Update - 4th tire got ordered, received and all 4 were installed the next business day (Monday). Didn't need to make an appointment and it was taken as soon as I arrived. To their credit, it was all done in about 40 minutes. The store manager also gave me some compensation for time lost on the first visit. Thanks Larry and a special thanks to Amanda (who helped me on Friday) and Tina (who helped me on Monday).

Rude manager, makes you feel like he is doing you a favor by servicing your tires (rotation and balancing), which was included in the price of tires purchased from Costco earlier. He kept on insisting that "it is free".

The service is very poor at this location and the staff are unprofessional and rude. Technicians are below average and don’t know what the hell they’re doing. After waiting a long time for a simple rotation and balance they said can’t unscrew and remove the tire and advised to go to the mechanic to fix the problem. Went to my mechanic and checked, said everything is fine and no problem. Went to another Costco and they get the job done with no issues. Will never go there again or recommend their service.
