Burn boot camp will transform your body if you go consistently.Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.The trainers all get to know your name very quickly which makes a nice personal connection.I enjoy each trainer's unique personality which gives the workouts a nice variety.Don't doubt yourself give it a try, you won't regret it!

I've always been an athlete and gym goer but I've never experienced the level of commitment this place inspires in me. I literally feel sad when I can't make it to camp. The trainers and staff are great. By my second time going, everyone knew my name! It was amazing! The workouts are difficult but in the way that you get a great workout. They're different everyday so you're never bored. I love that I can get in, get a great workout, and be out in 45 minutes! There are also focus meetings to help you with your diet or with technique. I've lost about 15 pounds since starting!

Joining Burn has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! After my days of playing competitive sports ended, I tried many different workout classes, but never enjoyed them enough to commit. I got an ad for Burn and decided to give the 4-week trial a chance. I’ve now been a member for over 5 months and am so happy I did that 4-week trial. Burn is not just a gym - it truly is a community. Although it’s a group class, you still feel like you are getting one-on-one training. The trainers will push you, but also help make modifications as needed. Definitely recommend trying Burn!

Burn Mount Laurel is my happy place. When you walk in the doors, you immediately feel the positive energy radiating from all in the room. I go there for the camaraderie, the mental clarity, the friendships and bonds made on the floor as we push ourselves to work harder than we ever thought possible. The trainers take you out of your comfort zone with love (and tough love) They know what you are capable of doing. They believe in you more than you believe in yourself.Joining Burn Boot Camp Mount Laurel was the best decision I have ever made, as it has changed my mindset with the bonus of physically changing my body to be the fittest is has ever been.If you are thinking about joining, just walk in the doors and you will see for yourself and you will never leave.

I love it at Burn. I had attended during their first year and saw such potential in myself I was amazed. I left for a bit but going back after COVID was like coming home. They were the same friendly supportive people as I had remembered. Even with all the accommodations required the workouts were challenging and rewarding. Burn is a community that supports you when you need it and pushes you to reach beyond your self inflicted limits. Positive energy and uplifting attitudes are a common theme. The trainers are excellent and know just who needs what to help them work hard and reach their potential.

Where to even start about this amazing place? I started in March of 2021 after the pandemic just trying to get my body moving again. I found a community that is uplifting and trainers that actually wanted to push me and see me succeed. I had seen personal trainers for 16 years of my life and had never achieved so much as I have in my 2 years at Burn Boot Camp. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp and have had so many friends and family join who feel the same!

If you are looking for a gym that does not promote the "toxic gym culture", this is the gym for you. I began working out here about a year and a half ago, and have never felt stronger than I do today. I have gone to many gyms, had personal trainers, and played sports, and this is the best workout I have ever had on a consistent basis. The trainers are there to push you when you think you can't do anymore, and will modify the moves to fit you level. Everyone has a positive outlook, and is so welcoming and encouraging, no matter your size or age. You can see that when so many families are all working out together. I also love that I don't have to think about my workouts, I just have to show up, and know that each day, I am getting a different protocol. It is a good balance between cardio, strength and full body.

i am so thankful for a gym like burn.i started almost two years ago now…the place i was in back then compared to now amazes me. back then i was in a really disheartening place in my life. dealing with daily struggles, dealing with my weight, my confidence was at an all time low, my energy was depleted and i wanted to do better for myself.october 4th i called burn boot camp and talked to kelly. it’s kind of weird doing things by your self and not knowing what to expect. kelly was super sweet on the phone and encouraged me to come in. so i did. she walked me through the process of how it all worked - as a community they motivate others to do better and be better for themselves and living a healthy life style.stef was the trainer that day, she introduced herself and said to go at my own pace considering i hadn’t worked out in years. it was arm day and well let’s just say my arms were jello by the end of it. i love how they showed you the correct form, maintained high energy and motivated you to want to work out and do better.every single trainer only wants you to reach your goals. the words i can’t are never in their vocabulary because they know you can. it’s all a mental game once you hit the gym. they want you to be healthy, they want to give you advice, they want to see the progress and they want you to push yourself because they know you will be proud of yourself at the end of the work out.fast forward to now (almost 2 years later) and i am 20 pounds down, gained muscle, way more confident, made some amazing friends and motivating partners along the way as well as motivate others to be the best versions of themselves. i can honestly say burn boot camp has changed my life for the better. i literally cannot wait to get done work to go to the gym and have my 45 minutes of pushing myself as well as others to be the best version possible. so thank you burn boot camp community. you have helped me in so many ways and showing me that i can.

One of my friends talked me into trying Burn Boot Camp in Mount Laurel and I couldn’t thank her enough. I’ve never found a gym or exercise plan that I actually looked forward to until now. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the environment is unmatched. Everyone supports each other, the trainers make sure everyone is getting a good workout but with proper form for safety and everyone in the camps brings so much energy, and the high fives throughout are more motivating than you know!

Burn Boot Camp Mount Laurel has honestly changed my life! I started there in January 2022 thinking it’d be another gym membership I’d be paying for and wouldn’t be going to. Little did I realize how much it has changed me for the better. I’ve lost 22lbs! I have established a routine, going 5-6 days a week now, and I actually look forward to going each time. Previously, I’ve never enjoyed working out and often stopped/quit after a month or two. I was never able to stay consistent, but Burn Boot Camp changed that for me. The trainers are all amazing and push you to your highest potential. They actually get to know you and make sure you’re getting a full workout in. They’re so motivating and inspirational and honestly the best! And the community is unmatched. I’ve never experienced a gym where everyone was so supportive of each other. We’re all in it together and there’s nothing better than achieving your goals with like-minded people along side of you. I’m so happy I took the leap and I can’t imagine my life without Burn now!

Joining Burn at Mount Laurel has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The environment is so encouraging and motivating. The trainers do such a great job at making sure everyone feels seen and welcomed. I have tried every gym and boot camp there is but it wasn’t until Burn that I truly fell in love with working out. I have always dragged my feet to my workouts in other gyms but now with Burn, I genuinely look forward to them everyday. I feel myself get stronger every week and it is the greatest feeling. Lastly, the included childcare is the best! They are all so kind and sweet to the kiddos. Highly recommend to anyone even thinking about it. We all deserve 45 minutes of “me time” in our crazy daily lives and there’s no better way to spend it than at Burn!

I’m so happy I signed up! Burn has really helped me out of my postpartum funk! It has been about 4 weeks now and I see not only an over all change with my physical appearance, but most of all I see and feel a mental change! I look forward to going to the classes everyday and being supported by some awesome trainers! They really do push you to become your strongest, best version of yourself! If you’re on the fence about joining, just say yes ?? go for it!! You will only make yourself better !

Love this place! I will drive from work- an hour away- to make it here. I NEVER get bored! I am pushed to my limit and happy to go there! It's my salvation. Trainers Steph, Jess, and Tim are so motivating! But the support staff is always friendly and helpful. And I almost forgot- they have child care and my son begs to go with me every time. I was thinking of moving back to NYC and the first thing. I checked was if a Burn was nearby. Great gym!

Knock actually off plant fitness gym. Everything is blue instead of purple and yellow. Also no place to watch a movie or buy double chocolate Oreo stuff protein shakes.
