“Facility work perfect respectable atmosphere while waiting when I got my car back, you could not tell that it was damaged in anyway so to anyone that has a problem dent go to this facility and they will take very good care of you. “Several months ago Sal fixed my back windshield after a storm sent a basketball hoop sailing thru my back window. He was very patient and communicated with me thru every step of the way. Fast forward to this weekend. On a much more personal and important note. Unfortunately my mother recently passed away and I live on a major road with very limited parking. So I contacted sal to see if we could use the field next to his house. Sal did one better. He removed all the vehicles from his front lot area so that it could make room for my family and friends to park. “Our car had a large white scrape on the front bumper. We stopped at two shops for quotes to fix. The first one was for $725 and take two days. At Pioneer, Dawn first noticed and hand-fixed a slight bend in a fender panel. Then she had a tech rub several “magic“ solutions on the scraped area. The white disappeared! They also applied polish and told where to get touch up paint. In a matter of minutes our car was looking great. And they refused any payment. We know where we will go (and recommend) for any future auto body work!!! Dawn made our day with her integrity, savvy, attention to detail and saving us $725.”

I had to go in to get an update and the GM was very helpful, friendly and just great all around and provided me with the answers I was looking for and very accommodating to when I could pick my car up.”

“I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”
