Bought 2025 x1. They have it all figured out, General Manager, sales associate, and concierge all have such an extensive knowledge of their products.
I will buy here again because of the General Manager

I bought a pre-owned vehicle that was sold and exclusively serviced here from 2/17/2017 till 11/07/2023 as reported by the Carfax. When I called to ask for the service history on the VEHICLE, I was told that due to privacy concerns they were unable to release the vehicle's service history to me as I was not the owner when it was serviced. I was also told that their records would have the same information as the Carfax, which I find hard to believe as the car was serviced here. Additionally, having worked in a Auto Shop before and having friends that are mechanics at dealerships, I know that the exact work that is done on a car is very well documented for multiple, obvious reasons. After doing some digging on the internet (mainly BMW forums), I've come to find that it is completely and entirely possible for dealerships to release a vehicles service history with the previous owners information redacted. Other BMW owners who have had this problem have explained that the only way they were able to get the service history from the dealer was by going in person. When I called a second time to possibly ask about a version of the service history without the previous owners information on it, I was told once again that they could not and that their service history would report the same things as the Carfax. All in all I find it very suspicious that they refuse to even offer alternative solutions to getting the service history of a vehicle that was serviced every 9-15 thousand miles at THEIR dealership, and that they don't have service records more in-depth than a Carfax report. Tread cautiously when dealing with them in any aspect.

5 year service customer here until today. I was in for a service recall from BMW. Not a big deal but today the intake person added an oil change. I just had a recent oil change there. The Service man called me out over the phone and that I signed period !! I would gladly pay if needed. What a nickel and dime thing not to believe me …..Service everywhere is filled with these workers who don’t like us customers and just seem smug and angry? Ruined my day over an oil change and an argument with an angry service worker.

Salesperson Darnell was professional and extremely helpful during process. Chris (GM) was also excellent to work with, as were all the employees we came in contact with. Was looking to work a trade and purchase same day and dealership hit all the marks - showed they cared about customer service, gaining customer trust and working hard to get a deal done. High marks all around, will be back on next purchase.

Amber was my sales person and she was truly so kind and helpful. She made the experience of leasing a new vehicle a breeze. I came in just to look at some options and I left with a brand new 2024 x3 - I couldn’t be happier! I will recommend Amber to absolutely anyone that is looking into purchasing or leasing a BMW. Truly a great experience - 10/10

Ky Williams was very professional and informative and made the leasing of my new BMW M2 a very pleasant experience. He kept me updated every step of the way — from the build to the delivery phase. I interact with thousands of people a year in my business and Ky happens to be one of the greatest. Ask for Ky if you want a great BMW buying experience.

My experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable! I had a sales representative that was interested in making sure he met my requirements, needs, and expectations to my new vehicle. I highly recommended A.J. as one of the best sales representatives that I’ve met in a very long time. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable about his career. He is also dilengent, attentive and dedicated to help people find their perfect fit for their needs. I purchased my SUV BMW 2024 and I am beyond content with my purchase!!! Put your trust in A.J. and allow him to help you through the purchase of your new vehicle.
Thank you again,
Melinda Maldonado

Excellent experience! There was one miscommunication after the sale. I reached out a little bit concerned and they clarified quickly with a perfect response. Would highly recommend this group.

It's actually funny how much of a joke this dealership is. Like seriously.
Went to look at a 2017 440 with 55k miles and the car was in horrible condition. The front end was covered in rock chips, the driver's side arm rest had a crater sized hole in the plastic trim, the rear seats were badly worn and visible.
Drove over an hour to look at the car which was listed for 27,xxx which was well above market. Salesman told me the price was non-negotiable and could not be changed. Sales manager then came in and mentioned the same thing. After bringing up the excessive wear as well as crater size hole in the driver's trim piece (come on it's a $50 fix that takes less than 10min), he went to check himself and still wouldn't budge on price.
The manager lied and tried to throw in a seat conditioner which would 'fix the fading'. Despite all of the wear and tear he was adamant the car was priced competitively and would not drop in price.
Salesman then said that if the 'market' changes and the car price drops we would be welcome to come in and take a look at the car. Is this really how you do business?? Telling a customer whos ready to take the car home, to come back in a weeks time if the price drops.
Needless to say we left and as expected the price was dropped the next week. The salesman then decided to email me saying he would reimburse me for the expense of driving to the dealer again, if I come in to buy the car.
What kind of nonsense is this? Been going to dealers since I was a kid and I've never seen something like this before.
Don't bring your business here. I picked up a newer 440 with less miles not even a week later and didn't have to deal with any of this fixed price nonsense.
Oh and they wanted to charge me close to 1k for a doc fee....on a 7 year old car lol

My car was not running well, limp mode and all the dash lights were on. Sep 13 I had it towed to your shop for service. I was told it needed a wheel speed sensor and throttle body valve. It would cost aprox $4k for the repairs. I was told Fri, Sep 20 the car was ready. I asked if he could make sure all the dash lights were out. Mon Sep 23, I arrived at the center and paid for the repairs. Waited for 15 mins for the car to be brought out. The guy who brought the car apologized for taking so long because the car was not running right. When I got into the car it had the exact same problems/lights as when I had it towed there. Left the car and 2 days later was told the problem was now a vacuum relay for the brake booster and that would cost an additional $2.5K! I asked why the codes were not checked after the repairs and got general responses such as 'things can happen, it could have been hidden and triggered after the repairs, maybe it went bad while it sat from Fri to Mon...' This tells me it was not accurately diagnosed, there was not a quality control review or maybe the original work was not done. The thought of bringing the car out with the same problems after I asked to double check the dash lights is at best incompetence, at worse poor workmanship. I was told on Sep 25 there would be a $500 reduction and good news I did not have to pay for the additional diagnostic check. I authorized the repairs but have a tough time accepting this level of customer service. I will be sure to share my experience with fellow BMW owners, Cars and Coffee friends and Bimmer online friends.

Recall for 2021 BMW M5 Competition for radiator overflow container. Dropped off on a Wednesday morning wasn't competed until Monday evening. Excuse was, BMW originally required replacement of injectors below container in cases of fluid leaking on injectors. I informed the SA that I had never added radiator fluid in the 3 years I've owed the M5 so there could not be any leaking. SA informed me after my vehicle was there for a day that they had to order "parts" to include new injectors. That seemed odd to me based on my experience with no leaks. When I picked up the car on Monday the SA said that BMW had changed the recall notice so they did not install new injectors. I lost the useage of my car for 6 days to replace an overflow container that takes less than an hour to install. I know this because I helped my son change the overflow on his older BMW 5 Series and it took us less than an hour using YouTube as our guide.
