Great local bank! I’ve been lucky enough to have the bank manager Stephanie Bass walk me through multiple issues that I wasn’t able to figure out on my own. She always seems to be in a good mood and her professionalism always shines through!

Wowww!!! I just left thus location minutes ago, and the man working the drive thru never spoke a word during my transaction. No good morning, no can I help you, how do you want your money back,. I pretty much had to request what I wanted and needed. Again no talking on his end. A response would have done the job. I never experienced this type of customer service. He needs to do better.

We used the drive through and it was quick and painless. My review is about the location and the way the entrance and exit is set up. There are entrance-only and exit-only lanes but there are no signs indicating which way is in and which way is out. This is dangerous and should be remedied.

I was a happy customer when the bank was Beneficial. Now that they are WSFS the tellers are rude and not helpful at all.

I have found some of the tellers can be very rude. Not as friendly as the old Beneficial bank.

Horrible service. Tells you one thing on the phone, says another when you get there :( horrible service, the "supervisor" looks like he's 13 and could not help me with a simple cash back on a check FROM BENEFICIAL. If you have trouble cashing your own checks? Then what kind of bank even are you? If you actually like your money do not go here. Disappointed

I have been there twice and both time the tellers have been rude and quite unhelpful. They are also incompetent as I got different answers each time I went there. I would advise picking a different bank.

A small local bank with exceptional personal service. Fast drive thru service, ATM, and plenty of parking. The staff here is always ready to help with all your banking needs.
