Disgusting attitude from the desk clerk behind the counter. Wife and I just got married, he asked for proof, so when I informed him of leaving to get the documents requested, he laughed and said “Next time come prepared, so we will see you again.” Customer service is horrendous. I let the clerk get his laugh as I walked out. Due to the poor attitude and the standards for employees at Bank of America, I wouldn’t trust them as your financial institution.

I am so underwhelmed with the service at the Mount Laurel Branch on Larchmont Blvd. I used to be a customer but I withdrew my money and put it in my account at my other bank because of this bank's poor customer service. My mother insisted on opening an account with Bank of America. She is elderly and disabled so I help her with everything. Yesterday, I went to this branch to deposit money to keep my mother's new account open because she is going to have her Social Security deposited into her new account. Also, a relative passed away and left her a nice amount of money so she wanted to deposit the money into her account. I tried to put a nominal amount into her account but wasn't allowed to. I was told because my name isn't on the account that I can't deposit cash only checks or money orders. This is ridiculous! My mother had other accounts at Bank of America. I was advised that this policy has been in place for 2 years. This year, relatives were able to put money in her old account at Bank of America with no problem. I had to go to my bank and pay $5 for a money order to put this deposit in my mother's account. My bank was closer than going to the post office or anywhere else. I advised my mother to move to my bank so she decided that is best after my experience at this branch. The bank is dingy, dark, only has 1 teller, and doesn't offer drive through service. A near by bank on Ark Road has bright lights, is nicely decorated, clean, and offers great customer service. Try there for a better experience as this branch offers terrible customer service.

The entire staff at BOA are so profile with getting the job done for you but at the same time they make you feel like your being a part of BOA means you are like family they are kind caring and understanding and when you walk in the door they all address you by your name which shows you that your like a friend to them they k ow who you are and they are just so wonderful to work with every time you need them I am so apprentice of how they handle their business because in todays world this is hard to find anymore I thank all of you for welcoming me into your business life and for making me feel like I matter and just not a numberScott M Love

This Bank of America has better hours than the one in my area... Also the one in my area has little to no lobby hours... I come here because of that reason... The staff is always friendly and helpful... They also have Saturday hours... Once they get to know you they treat you as a friend and talk you on a first name basis...

I never give reviews but was so disgusted w the lack luster and inappropriate service at the Mount Laurel branch, that I just felt the need to. I arrive at the bank With an original notarized and County registered power attorney to have it placed on file. Bank policy is to FORWARD the docs to their legal department for review. Well after being judged, 2 staff members, 1 sadly calling herself the manager, refused to follow their own protocol. They found issue w the fact that the county clerk erased the SS# because they will not register a PUBLIC DOCUMENT with PERSONAL INFORMATION on it..I spoke w several individuals at 2 other branches who all advised that they handled the situation poorly and offered apologies on behalf of BOA. The trouble I had to go thru unnecessarily because those 2 wanted to "play lawyer" that day was ridiculous... Some women are just miserable forno reason... But God is good.. It was handled 2 days later at abranch where staff members had sense.. Funniest part was that the same chick who refused to forward it was there giving another woman a hard time... smh... I didn't recognized her because her face was plastered up with a whole lot of makeup period perhaps because men weren't at this branch....l o l l o l... just do yourself a favor and do not bank here!hard time for no reason... !.. Went for help regarding Zell. Person at front tried to help. Problem is that Branch Mgr and Assist pulled her to help people at the Vault. Left me sitting there for quite some time . Had to ask is she coming back. Assist Mgr sitting at her desk with a few papersback to finish with me. Again waiting with no results regarding my situation. Left Bank and tried another Bk of America. I hope they have more respect for future customers or soon may need to find a friend ly Bank

bank of America is the worst bank ever. their system flags n locks your card randomly without any reason. except for when it ((think)) you've charged something wrong.. ((ex.. locked my card after paying for my laundry drop off))

One cashier. Stood in line for 25 min to cash one check.Ridiculous.The checks that I had to cash inside the branch could not be scanned like others so I HAD to come in unfortunately.

So sick of having to talk to machines !!!!They say people are at the branch but I tried for about an hour and got nothing!!!!It’s just so annoying when you can’t get a human being!!

Great location convenient plenty of parking great staff would suggest to any one for any and all financial needs necessary wether it be checking savings loans investments etc these guys are incredibly kind considerate and honest

No drive view no more make a handicap to out of car and go in time to look for another bank with drive view more easily
