We can't say enough great things about the exceptional care and service we received from Patrick and the entire team at Wards Automotive. We recently had a tricky issue with one of our cars—an unusual battery drain that was tough to pin down. Patrick and the crew took on the challenge head-on, running thorough diagnostics, checking the draw, and going through multiple troubleshooting steps. They didn’t just fix the issue—they went above and beyond by keeping the car a few extra days to monitor it and make sure it started strong every morning. That kind of dedication gave us real peace of mind.
Then, shortly after, our other car—a Sonata—alerted us to low tire pressure. We discovered a huge screw lodged in the tire. We called Patrick, and without hesitation, he told us to bring it right over. Despite a busy schedule and a packed shop, they took us in right away, repaired the puncture quickly, and treated us with the same kindness and professionalism we’ve come to deeply appreciate.

I will never go to the new Wawa that's being built next door!!”

“So I needed a daily when my truck broke. I didn’t specifically want a Cadillac but I found a used one at a good price with low miles and I rolled with it. After almost two years of only regular maintenance I’ve just now brought it to a dealer for a code… Just based on how awesome this dealer is I think I will be a Cadillac customer for life. Also they’re open on Saturdays which is a big deal for me. Highly recommend.”
“When you own a large motorized RV, it is difficult to get service and repair work done since most RV dealers, and even the Ford/Chevy dealerships, do not have large enough service bays to accommodate the height and length of most motor homes. We broke down on the NJ Turnpike near Exit 6 and our Roadside Assistance arranged to have us towed all the way up to an Old Bridge Ford dealership - no where near our break-down location or home. Fortunately for us, the tow truck driver knew about Mount Laurel Auto Service, who also service and rent gas-engine RVs! The owners, Mike and Shirley, were great staying late to receive our unit. They diagnosed a tricky problem quickly, and repaired it for a lot less than we expected to pay. We have found our "forever" RV, auto and truck service center!!Services: Check engine light diagnostic”
