4 hour wait for the second time. COMPLETE waste of money. You can push your car to the shop before they come out. Only buy this membership if you have money to throw around.

The AAA website says that the store is open until 5pm on Saturday. When I arrived at 4:10pm I was told by the car care that the travel section closed @ 3pm. I also went to the location on rt73 & arrived @ 3:50pm & they also closed at 3. I called AAA and asked what time the travel section closes at the rt38 location and I was told 4:30pm. I drove to two locations & I was not able to get my International Drivers license. I don’t enjoy wasting my time, especially on a Saturday. The hours of the travel section need to be displayed on the website & the folks that answer the AAA customer service need to be accurate.

I took my car to get an oil change in December. And just found that the oil was leaking all over the place. Because they had put the oil filter on so tight that it was Squeezing the rubber gasket causing it to leak. Also, the drain plug for the oil was overtightened. we could barely get it off with a regular tool. We had to bring it somewhere to get it fixed. So a simple oil change caused all of this unnecessary money, leakage and time, Because they don't know what they're doing. Don't use their services because they screwed up a simple oil change.

When I reached the service center at my appointed time, after giving the service representative my car key, he advised me that they were backed up and the car would not be seen for 90 minutes.Basically, I was asked to wait 3 hours for an oil change.It is my belief that someone from AAA could have notified me of the delay by telephone call or text before I reached the service center. The information would have allowed me time to change my schedule.Needless to say, my plans for the day were ruined.

This place is a total scam. The labor charges are ridiculous. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. I only wanted my flat tire changed and to go on my way because i had a job interview the next morning. The lady said she would call me the same day to see if there was any damage to my suspension since I lost control of my vehicle in the snow and ran over a curb. No call until the next day. I got an email of my report on my car saying i needed to get all of my fluids done, needed a new windshield wiper, and more for 1,600. That's just insane. I only got an alignment, a new tire, and my rear axel fixed since it was leaking. It came to about to 600 and most of the cost was labor. That's just absurd. Will never be coming here again. Find or go to your own mechanic.

Recently use the auto center. Had a coupon for a oil change, new wipers ,and tire rotation for 65.00 Good deal. Check engine light was on that was 180.00 to have them read the diagnostic code. That taking there scanner plug it into my car and interpret the code. 180.00 Turns out the Vapor Canister value was bad. They quoted me 550.00 to replace it. I found it online at a local auto parts store for 50.00. I watched a 5 minute youtube video and was able to replace the part in 30 minutes. Now I have zero experience working on vehicles. I understand there are not in business to give it away for free. Come on, 550.00 for a 50.00 part less then 30 minutes of labor? I need to find a honest mechanic.

Just a complete scam... brought a tire in and they claimed the lug nuts were swollen. Went back with the wrench and they fit fine. Also charged me $60 for lug nuts. What are we talking about here. They already crush you for a basic oil change. Now they just rip you off with swollen lug nuts.
