My son took his car in for a full synthetic oil change, not only was it over priced but he was also treated poorly. The girl that checked him in had the biggest attitude and just all around rude. “Westampton car wash & quick lube” please learn to do better and choose your employees wisely if you want returning customers!!!!!!

I just got my car washed here and got the top-tier wash for the outside of my car. I did not realize that did not include vacuuming the interior, rinsing mats and wiping down the inside etc. As I pulled up to the car wash, I asked how much it would cost to include The inside services for my car and I was quoted $49. I feel as though this is an absurd price when I can get the same exact service in Toms River for $30 and it be done correctly to my standards. It seems as though most of the car washes in this area are below average. So I will continue to get my car done in Tom’s river when visiting family.
**edit(response to owner below)…as I stated I didn’t realize it did not include vacuuming which is why I asked your employee who quoted $49 not $39 & would take 30mins (you might want to get on the same page about pricing and time with your employees). So seems as though reading comprehension is an issue for yourself as well. Also per your other reviews I have seen they don’t seem to be the best (you might want to re-read those as well). I also recommend you work on your costumer service skills as your response speaks a lot about your character and value for your costumers.

Rip off
Do not I repeat do not go there and pay almost a $100 for a full synthetic oil change from them. To not even do it the right way. Understand? They're just sucking the oil out. They are a rip-off go to the auto center go to Mavis go to Walmart; anywhere is better than going there do not go there I'm telling you. This is coming from a car girl. And for sub par service at that.
The car wash is fantastic though and they are super nice.

Don’t waste your time getting car washed here. Despite 4 people hand drying my car, there are more water spots on my car now then there was dirt before I entered the wash.
First time customer with a new car looking for a car wash to return to, this wasn’t it.

Terrible. I use to go here all the time with no complaints but have stopped completely when after a few mistakes were made. I genuinely feel like the quality in service has gone down which is a huge disappointment.
